Brick work in cm 1:5 mixusing country bricks ground maded of size 23*11*7cm cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for sitting mild steel sheets of size 90cm*60cm*and BG 10 STIFFENED WITH ms angels of size 25mm*3mm laid supportod dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia tp 3.29m.Ht for plan surface inculiding struting etc

supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items wire also out including curing etc complete and also including fixing necessary as directed by department officers comlete in all floors etc complete

Plastering surface of RCC item such as slabs beams sunshads with cement mortar 1;3 10mm thick including paking providing cement mortar beading for sunshads starcase strps lands slabs etc

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 8 with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand)20 mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the standrd speicification.

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Fabricating suplyand fixing and postion of MS doors with singles laeve the door outer frame will be 40*40*6 mm ms angele the shutter frame will be 35*35*6 mm ms angele inermediate stiffner will be 35*35*6 mm with cross stiffener 25*25*5 mm flats covered with 18 gauge ms sheet with nescssary hinges tower bolts aldrape leanght 30mm and hold fast etc complete with one coat red oxidprimer

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

supplying and fixing pvc rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes bents & clamps etc
