M & L for Providing and applying polymer based bonding coat of pagel U10 of PIDILITE/BASF/SIKA/FOSROC or Equivalent make on cleaned / washed surface of concrete and applying pre -packed polymer modified repair mortar pagel U10/U40 of PIDILITE / BASF / SIKA / FOSROC or Equivalant as per ASTM / BS standards having comp. strength of 45 MPa. min at 28 days, Adhesive bond not less than 02 MPa, Chloride content less than 0.05% & Flexuural Strength of 8mpa min at 28 days in all respect as per manufacturer's recomendations and relevant codes, including the required material, manpower, Application and tools & tackles all complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charges.

M & L for Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 25x25mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Providing and laying in position Micro - Concrete as per relevant ASTM / BS / IS having comp. strength of min 45 mpa at 2 days of make PIDILITE/ BASF/SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent in columns and beams, which shall be pre-packed single component, chloride free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting and mixed as per manufacturere spacification, including required leak proof shuttering, pre - soaking of substrate, manual application or pumping, manpower and tools & tackles and making the surface even and smooth all complete as per direction of the Engineer - In - Charge.

M&L for CRS TMT reinforcement bars 10mm and over using cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securig with clips etc complete.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface incl raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surface of walls and applying one layer 1 mm of white wall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer etc complete

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash in ceiling

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces in walls soffits, facia roof and applying Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge of weather coat primer all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm (300x300 mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M & L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles (300x300mm) x6 to 7mm thick in floor including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed n neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match ver 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled MS steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washers etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded ST 240 complete as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel rolled section Fe-410-W(Gde E-250), quality 'A' as in post, main and cross beams, rafters, purlins connected to common rafters fixed with angle iron clips or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / Dismantling of old textile covering from roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in padding concrete to over slab 40 mm thick (average) bedding layer mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC & APP shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick (average) bedding layer on green concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integal water proofing compound.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone agg 75 mm thick as in sub base to floor complete

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified.

M & L for Cleaning of existing surface exceding 1.1 Sqm with wire brush and removing all dust & grit of sunken floors and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC at the rate of 3% by wt of cement one coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on all plastered surface and providing PCC 1:2:4 with WPC in slope towards outside min thickness of PCC 25mm and max thickness 75mm, providing 40mm dia PVC spout of length 50cm complete after that water to be fitted and tested, filling with lean concrete 1:5:10 with brick bat aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of existing surface not exceding 1.1 Sqm with wire brush and removing all dust & grit of sunken floors and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC at the rate of 3% by wt of cement one coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on all plastered surface and providing PCC 1:2:4 with WPC in slope towards outside min thickness of PCC 25mm and max thickness 75mm, providing 40mm dia PVC spout of length 50cm complete after that water to be fitted and tested, filling with lean concrete 1:5:10 with brick bat aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out (desilting) silt, Brick Bats, debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi-solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge where ever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain, removing removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes, by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank as directed including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc outside MD land in covered container and cleaning the manholes and surrounding with clean water, and closing the manhole with cover etc all as specified and directed:-

Manholes not exceeding depth of 1.0 mtr.

Manholes depth exceeding 1.0 mtr but not exceeding 2.0 mtr.

M & L for Removal of blockage of sewage line of pipe up to 150 mm bore and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically or manually such as passing rope knot bamboo kanti , jet auger, pressure tool and mechanical tools of description of required size including safety measures such as mask for gas etc all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified.

Taking out silt, brick, debris, liquids waste, sludge in solid / semi solid/ liquid state including complete cleaning of septic tank (bailing out water) and suitably disposing off outside MD land in covered container for the following capacities by mechanical means such as Jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) upto 100 users capacity

b) 101 to 200 users capacity

c) 201 to 250 and above capacity

Cleaning of chocking / blocking of WHB / water closet (Indian/European WC), floor traps, Gully trap using necessary tools and cleaning /washing area and re-fixing the grating, etc in position after completion of job packing with white cement, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Porbandar Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed equal size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above Item No. 51.00 but except stones.

Demolition of 200mm NP2 / SWG pipes fixed in any position or of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes 200mm bore of pipe, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.
