Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, for laying/jointing/repair of cable, erection of poles etc. complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each layer in hard/dense soil , complete , all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete , all as specified and directed

M & L for Sand cushioning for under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed Note. 18cm compacted thickness of sand shall be measured & paid.

Supply and lay well burnt class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laid across the cable , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commisioining and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988, ISI marked, screened, PVC sheathed, steel armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe /cutting of road with making good wherever required as per site including jointing and testing complete all as specified & directed . NOTE: The earth work, GI Pipe shall be measured and paid seperatly under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' / BOQ.

Supplying , installing, testing and commissioning of factory made, compartmentalised (Independent openable compartment to each control MCCBs) LT panel box, out door type, platform mounted suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system base bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium busbar 600 Amps, (3 Nos) phase and 450 Amps for neutral rating installed on porcelain insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP65 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA, MS sheet and 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron frame works including four legs embedded in the PCC bed, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer, front opening type with approns with double door shutter and locking arrangement (Including provision of 65 mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys, Panel control wiring with insulated copper conductor FRLS IS-699, ISI marked ,1100 volt grade but sheathed cable, adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm size suitable for and including the following fitments, complete all as specified and directed with and incl disconnecting and taking down existing LT Panel complete with MCCBs etc. :- (a) Incomming (i) MCCBs, 200 amps, 4 pole, 36 KA, = 01 number (ii) Digital type LED display with the parameters like volts, amps, Frequency, Power Factor etc = 01 number (iv) Indicating LED lamp, R,Y,B set of three = 01 set (b) Outgoing (i) MCCBs, 100 amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 25 KA = 01 number (ii) MCCBs, 63 amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 25 KA = 01 number (iii) MCCBs, 32 amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 25 KA = 03 number (c) Foundation (i) Plateform for the panel shall be with PCC 1:2:4 type D2 ( 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate), 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in 1:6 with subclass B, old size bricks with rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-I, using 20 mm graded crush stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts, 2 coats of cement based paint on exposed surfaces of plateform etc as directed complete. Panel on the plate from shall be a height of 45 cm above nearest road level.

Material & labour in repair earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4), funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ), reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work, form work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.

Supply, fix and testing in replacement of Indicating LED lamp, R,Y,B set of three with and including connecting PVC copper cables complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fix and testing in replacement of MCCB, 350/360Amps, 4 Pole 415 V, Adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA with spreader links,etc complete , all as specified and directed

Supply, fix and testing in replacement of MCCBs, 3 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 25 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA ,complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement to street light bracket 1.5mtr long, made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe, bend to shape at 120 degree & welded at required end including 02 Nos MS clamps of Flat iron 40x6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC line phase separators for over head line LT conductor of any size suitable to withstand 1100 volts to maintain the required spacing between 5 conductors complete all as per site requirement and all as directed

Supply and erection in replacement steel tubular swaged pole, 09 metres long, type 410-SP-31,complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc., including painting inside with black bitumen paint and outside with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary excavation and earth work, PCC foundation, coping, disposal of surplus soil shall be measurement and paid separately in relevant items.

M & L for Aluminium painting to Steel tubular Street light pole upto 5.5 mtr from top towards bottom and next 0.45 metre yellow and next 1.10 metre white and 0.45 metre, Synthetic enameld paint yellow & black colour (Tiger cross) on Coping and writing pole number with white paint inside of black circle, above the yellow painting and aluminium painting to GI bracket / pipe etc.and sticking of reflector sticker red in colour on the Poles at the height of 1.5 metre above the copping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) , type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pedestal / coping of pole etc. and in Road cuttings ,including form work If necessary, complete ,all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete, all as specfied and directed.

M&L for restringing only ACSR conductor of any type/ size on existing LT poles, etc including binding on to insulators with and including aluminium wire complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in replacement, pin type, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, shackle type porecelain vitreous, white brown or green insulator, for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75mm height, incl galvanised steel straps of 31x3 mm size, insulator bolt 12 mm dia,, including washer & nuts etc., complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement, Stay assembly, diameter of stay rod of not less than 20 mm , 215cm long with threaded end with suitable size of nuts & washers complete with accessories including staybows with nut bolt & washer of 14mm dia, 40cm long and stay grips & thimble of suitable size as shown in electrical plate No. 1 SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Rate are deemed to be inclusive of streching, tieing and tightening of stay assembly for poles including tieing frame for stay wire. (ii) Exacavation, returning filling, removal for stay wire assembly upto 2.5 mtrs including Ropes are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) ladders of any size,T&P (any type), Labour Safety equipments as required at site for working on PCC pole of 9Mtrs height is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates. (iv) Stay clamp/stay wire will be measured & paid saperately.

M&L in replacement , Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of Large size, with overall dimensions 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, including nut bolts & washers of suitable length and thickness, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair galvanised stay wire 7/4mm for stay assembly to be fixed between stay assembly and stay clamp on PCC/MS steel pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic transfer switch with enclosure, four pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz having auto/manual range, 63 Amps capacity, complete ,all as specified and directed Make : Havells/L&T/Siemens/Schneider

Supply and fixing in replacement of Busbar chamber ,100 Amp with suitable thickness aluminium busbars, 4 ways, 415 volts, 50 Hz, Wall mounted type, incliuding suitable fastners, etc complete, all as specified and directed . Make : Havells/L&T/Siemens/Schneider

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe 80mm bore, light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches for cable complete , all as specified and directed
