REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF HT OVERHEAD DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPAIR OF TRANSFORMER RMU AND ALLIED WORK AT RAIWALA MIL STN UNDER AGE(I) RAIWALA

M&L for disconnecting, lifting, loading and transportation of unserviceable transformer indoor/outdoor type 11000/433 Volts of capacity 63 KVA to 315 KVA from site to workshop for rewinding and repair to the transformer by dismantling the top cover and removing unserviceable burnt LT/HT side coil from the core, rewinding the LT and HT side core complete with same size of copper wire in HT side and copper strip from LT side with suitable insulating materials, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket set etc, heating the new transformer winding in special heat chamber for demoisturising of LT/HT coil, connecting the LT/HT coils, filling the fresh transformer oil, re-assembling the transformer, transporting/ shifting back the transformer at site after repairs, re-commissioning & testing, including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved paint after preparation of all external surfaces of transformer, complete, all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i)The quoted rates shall deemed to included for the transportation, T&P, Labours from site to workshop and workshop to back at site after repairs, cost of gasket set, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. (ii) All other spares such as tap changer, copper wire & copper strip for rewinding, HT/LT side bushing, transformer oil & air breather assembly with silica .gel shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Labour only for repair of the transformer 63 KVA to 315 KVA at site /in wksp by opening the top cover for carrying out repair such as replacement of HT side busing with rods, LT side bushing and rods, gasket, tap changer, silica gel breather,Thermometer etc and reassembling after carrying out required repair in the transformer complete including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and dierected. Note : 1.Replacement of U/S parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch `A` 2. Labour charge for Replacement of u/s parts are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

HT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable for 63 to 200 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and dierected.

HT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable for 300 to 315 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and dierected.

LT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable for 63 to 200 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and dierected.

LT bushing porcelain with copper stud, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, oil seal suitable for 300 to 315 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and dierected.

M&L for Filtration/ dehydration and cleaning of transformer oil off line by dehydration plant , including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration, dielectric strength should not less than 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydration/filtration complete all as specified and dierected. Note:- (i)For running of filtration plant the arrangement of electric supply / DG set should be made by contractor and the cost of same deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Transformer are installed at various locations of Raiwala Military camp and GRTU area, i.e pole mounted, plinth based, indoor type. (iii) No online dehydration allowed.

Supply and topping up of insulating transformer oil confirming to IS 335 1993 for distribution transformer with dielctric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i)For running of filtration plant the arrangement of electric supply / DG set should be made by contractor and the cost of same deemed to be include in quoted rate. (ii) Transformer are installed at various locations of Raiwala Military camp and GRTU area, i.e pole mounted, plinth based, indoor type

Supply and fixing in replacement rubber gasket of 3 mm thickness suitable for Tranformer of outdoor /Indoor type as per IS specifications complete all as specified and dierected.
