Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except brick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(serviceble Old bricks shall be reused after cleaning obtained from demolition).

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Keyed pointing to brick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

M & L for preparing new surface of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat by using following brands of cement based paint by roller complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Cement Paint : Snowcem Plus (Snowcem Paints)

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, R.C.C or steel.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground to facilitate provison for embedding of new post complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ecavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil

M&L Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing boltsposts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-16 as directed and fixed

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete and for embedding posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire and making rolls including stacking neatly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing made out of 3.15mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 50mmx50mm size ,made upto into mattress or cages complete all as specified.

S/F mild steel round bars 10 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking binding hooking as required for chain link fencing , for tie bar strenghting and fixing with nut bolt in fencing post all as specified.

S&F mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one waher and hexagonal nut length exc 10cm but not exc 15 cm long.

S&F for flat iron with necessary bolt and nut, drilling holes etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (eachline wire to be measured) Note: barbed wire will be issued under schedule 'B' (free for fixing)

Restraining and re-securing barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinfoced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(reinfocement should be cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B0 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to, as in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch- ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup• ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for fair finished flat surfacecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (rough finished surface of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron or flat iron as in post and guard bar or grating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unrenforcemed) in ground floors not exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M&L Sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 50 mm thickness Grade with grey cement and no pigments specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and de-sludging of sludge/silt/grass/mud etc from existing open drains including taking out sludge in any form alognwith all other foreign materials or Manually or by way of any other suitable means including removal of sludge and other foregin material by mechanical equipment out side the MD land by any means complete (working in foul condition) all as specified and as directed.
