Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft / hard rock, chiselling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads / lifts and shoring strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete complete in:-

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supporting balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (1Cement : 6 Sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 :5 :10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall, as per HPPWD specification with all leads and lifts.

2nd class Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in :Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand) including carriage of materials in all leads & lifts.

Half brick masonry in common brunt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Sand ) second class bricks with in all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing, Supplying & Fixing of Fencing panels of size 1.8 mtr x 1.20 M by fixing T iron at centre fitted with wire mesh 25 mmx25mm welded to MS angle frame all around with MS flat cover and seven No Hold fasts including cutting welding painting with red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1 : 6 (1 Cement :6 Sand) with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses & framed work inculded cutting hoisting fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars ladders railing brackets & similar works.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1m) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level)

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain conrete work in.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings & the like. (Floors upto 200mm )

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm with locking arrangement (Drawing attached).

Laying, jointing, testing in trenches, GMS Tube (Light Grade), Tube fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).40 mm nominal size

Providing and fixing gun metal full way wheel valve complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.40 mm nominal size

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer: Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.2 to 0.4mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source

Second layer: Coarsed sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source

Third layer: Bajri screened, washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source

Fourth layer: Bajri (coarsed) screened, washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm from approved source

Bottom layer: Broken stone screened, washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source
