Filtration of transformer oil in 2 Nos of 5MVA capacity 33KV Kirlosker make Transformers for improving the Insulation resistance valve as required and as per the recommendations of the Transformer's user manual.
Transportation of the oil filteration machine at IISER, Thiruvananthapuram including waiting charges.
Servicing of the CTR make On Load Tap Changer(OLTC) unit of the 5MVA transformers which includes draining oil from the OLTC oil chamber, opening the OLTC cover, cleaning the oil chamber, checking the contacts, lubricating the mechanical parts, checking the tightness of moving parts, filtering and refilling the oil.
Replacement of Silicagel for the air breathers of the Transformers and the OLTCs
Supply and filling of Transformer oil for top up if required durig the filteration process.
