Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour shade with putty at necessary holes for smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing & repairs to package type air conditioner of capacity 11.0 TR of make BLUE STAR by relplacing all unserviceable/ worn out parts of the machine including charging of Refrigerant gas, making system leak proof, Brazing the suction / discharge tubes where required and cleaning of Condensing unit, cleaning of all filters Checking/repairs to Electrical panels ,sensor unit for proper functioning and replace where required/ ordered all as directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only if required. (iii) Old unserviceable spares shall be removed from site without extra cost to the department.

Supply only following items to be incorporate as required against Item No.84.00 here-in-before:-

Three pole AC power contactor, 32 Amps, 415 Volt with auxilary contact 2NO + 2NC, having coil voltage 380 to 400 (As per sample)

Intigrated circuit board with all electronic components suitable for 11.0 TR capacity Bluestar Package type Air conditioner.

High pressure cut off valve 275 lbs suitable for 11.0 TR capacity package AC of make Bluestar. (Make:Indofoss/Danfoss/Ranco as approved)

Low pressure cut off valve 25 lbs suitable for 11.0 TR cap package AC . (Make:Indofoss/Danfoss/Ranco as approved)

V-Belt suitable to fit blower motor unit. (Make: Fenner/Dunlop/Danfoss/Indofoss as approved)

Hermetically sealed compressor unit of capacity 5.5 TR suitable to fit with Blue star package air conditioner including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure. (Make Voltas/Kirloskar/Blue Star/Carrier/Hitachi as approved)

Blower fan motor with blade suitable for outdoor unit of package type AC plant of 11.0 TR capacity (as per sample)

S&F of micro-filter after dismantling of old filter from filter chamber inside air duct for dust free and bacteria free fresh air to the conditioned area complete all as specified and directed (as per sample).

Supply only charging refrigerant gas (R-22) suitable for package type AC plants complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Mafron22/Refron22/Floron22 as approved)

S&F for angle lamp holder, insulated body with back plate for batten fittings including LED lamp 10 watts complete all as specified and directed.
