Civil Works

M.S. structural works with hollow sections ( square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1957 & IS:1161-1958) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a hight of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereof.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make as per IS: 15965: 2012 and IS: 14246: 2013 (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work).

Supplying, Fitting Corrugated Zinc Alluminium alloy coloured sheet ridging 300 mm. lap each way and fitted with necessary bolts ,screws, washers etc. complete. With 0.45 mm sheet with 225 mm end lapping

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel rolling shutter profile type with 18 B.G . of approved type steel latche section 75mm wide, fitted with coil wire spring to necessiate the fitting of required Nos. of C.I. Pulleys on heavy type solid drawn seamless steel tube complete with locking arrangements both inside and outside specially builtup side guide channels including providing a hood for the steel rolling shutter in the room, painting two coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of red lead primer complete.

Galvanised or painted wind-tie made of M.S. flats, fitted and fixed complete including cost of necessary fittings. (a) Made with 40 mm. X 6 mm. Flats

Labour for taking out rolling shutter (only shutter portion) dismantling by parts for repair or (replacement of damaged parts only), rehanging and refitting the same in position after necessary repairs (excluding the cost of supply of new parts).

Oiling and greasing of rolling shutter and repair to in side lock.

Easing and oiling, cleaning rolling shutters excluding repair to inside locks.

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer ofapprovedquality andbrand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) (a) One Coat ii) Solvent based interior grade Acrylic Primer.

Applying Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two Coats) i) Standard Quality

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Supplying and fixing 32 A Sheet steel Main Switches on flat iron frame on wall

Supplying and fixing 2+6 way double-door SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment.

Supplying and fixing 40 A 240 V MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.

Supplying and fixing 6-32 A 240 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection

Distribution wiring 2 x 84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 1 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) ECC in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required

Distribution wiring 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required

Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type witch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. akelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175mmx100mmx65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish Average run 12 mtr
