Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chieselling in hard/soft rock where blasting in prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr. clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge in:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in:-

Suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.( Roof any shape and size).

Providing & laying of mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor level within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies,height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the samefor in situreinforced and plain concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 mm in thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing CSFRC man hole cover 500 mm dia medium duty and frame confirming to IS-12592 part-II 1990 with latest amendments complete within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge in:

Fixing, jointing and testing of GMS tube light grade of following dia meter for inlet, outlet & scour etc. complete including fitting with tees, unions, sockets of ISI marked complete within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, spplying & fixing of ISI makred Copper alloy screwed end glove valves (class-III) for water works purpose as per IS 778:1984 with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

80mm dia meter for inlet,outlet and scour

Providing and placing in filtering media in horizontal layers duly graded, screened, cleaned and washed as specified by Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.

Top layer: Fine sand( Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

Second layer: Coarse sand, 3mm - 6mm

Third layer : Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

Fourth layer : Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

Bottom layer: Broken stone 50mm to 75mm

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete including the cost of form work for drain in :- Cement concrete drain in CC 1:2:4 under the precast slab, size of drain 0.10x0.125x80mtr. within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and placing precast CC blocks size 300mmx400mmx50mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curring complete including cost of form work within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
