Taking Out of servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 to 300 KVA 3 Phase 4 wire AC 50 Hz 440 volts for unbalance/balance type load , oil cooled from foundation after disconnecting all electrical connection etc. . Dismantling for pre inspection by lifting of assembly and repair/ replacement of worn out parts and testing after reinstallation on same foundation. Note: Major parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubular pole/stay assembly/street light of any size and discription incl coping, foundation etc and dismantling of serviceable insulators from poles for reuse and shifting to E/M yard or any other location.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for earthing complete in replacement , chemical type with copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cmx5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep 1.5 mtr width ) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected and including to and including copper strip earth lead 32mm x 6 mm size by means of copper brazing strip and layers of salt charcol and magnisium sulphate including funnel with wire mesh including funnel with wire mesh including testing of earthing all as specified and directed . (Minimum three chemical pits are to be made and connected in a grid to meet the earth resistance specifications of <0.50ohm) (a) Earthing to be done in presence of JE/Engr- in - Charge .(b) Charcol small pieces 250 Kg , Salt (crystel)-250 Kg , Magnisium Sulphate ( Crystal) 100 Kg. (c) Copper strip shall be brazed with copper elctrode plate .(d) Alternate layer of charcol and salts should be laid in the earth pit on the top of the copper plate at least 5 layers should be laid. (e) After laying of the 5 alternate layers of charcol and salts a two inch layer of magnisium sulphate to be laid. (f) The chemical salts and and magnisium sulphate should not be fixed but are to be laid in layers only. (g) Copper strip is to be extended inside the equipment and power room it should be routed in the side wall of the under ground ducts fixed with cremics /porcelain spacers. (h) Contractor shall pour sufficient water in earth pit before and after doing earthing. (j) 25 mm dia GI pipe suitable length to be reach just about copper plate fitted with funnel meshed along with cap running with water tap to be provided for keeping soil wet. (k) Soft soil ( Black cotton soil) shall be used in case of rocky terrain. (i) Brass nuts and bolts with proper washer to be used for copper strip jointing and necessary brazing shall be done directed. (m) Copper strip beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid seperately. (n) The test point of each pit shall be made as directed and the cost is same to be include in the qouted rate. (o) The test report should be submitted in triplicate. ( p) Construction of earth pit chamber with PCC (1.3.6) type C1 ( using 20mm gradeed stone aggregate) RCC 1.2.4 type B1 cover 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bar 100mm centre to centre with igting handles of suitable dia complete all as directed . Note: Earth resistance to be less than 1.00

Supply, fabricating and fixing in replacement of cross arms (any type) supports, bracting, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces including broken of existing PCC all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No above here-in-before but PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in foundation of stays and coping of poles.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for underground cables complete including bricks all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable in trenches/ducts complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for brick protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat/lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Cable end termination 11000 volt high voltage (heat shirnkable) cable jointing kit for 1000 Volts (Earthed) grade cable for indoor /outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above here-in-before but size of 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) The above work includes clearing /prooning of tree branches falling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid.

Opening the binding wire from 'J' hook or opening nut, bolts,of cross arms on steel /pole of any height for re-stretching the galvanised iron earth wire any size, after re-restretching without kinks & bends, binding the 'J' hook with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire or fixing with appropriate size of nut,bolts,washers complete all specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: (i) Cost of binding wire,nut,bolts and washers deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.2 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint to clamps including dismantling of old brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole and pole to pole one span including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). Prooning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while prooning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees.

Cleaning of surrounding areas from large grass weeds ,vegetation, shrubs branches of trees at substations, near Transformers ,near Electric pole structures by manual /Electric Grass cutting machine/JCB etc with complete grass and vegetation clearance from ground without any damage to the electric cables and items complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: Rates of T&P must be included in the quoted rates

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of old painted surface of LT steel tubular pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/brackets,street light brackets.cross arms and making Red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30cm height,each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coat of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified
