Consultancy services including: - Documentation of conservation, Restoration and electric work (incomplete) done by previous contractor in 2013-14 for record including detailed measurements, valuation as per old rates if required, Layout drawings, photography, videography etc. complete. - Preparation of Phase I of DPR, bidding document, estimates etc.of the project for Conservation, Restoration and SITC of various electrical,electronics & safety services etc. as per for development of the museum with incorporation of the previous work executed in the building to the extent posssible. - Preparation of Phase II of DPR, bidding document, estimates etc. of the project as per approved concept for complete plan of Heritage museum including exhibits, displays, cabinets, pedestals, AV panels, focussed lighting, interior lighting etc. with latest technology and design. While utilizing DPR prepared previously to the extent possible. - Supervision of the work done from time to time till completion of the project as prescribed in the bidding document including providing working drawings as required, to ensure that work is done as per approved DPR. Note: (i) The total consultancy cost is not to exceed 2% of the project cost, with maximum limit of Rs 2.0Cr. (ii)Financial offer is to be submitted separately from the technical offer. Submission of the same with technical offer will lead to disqualification of bidder.
