Designing and supply of of LED luminaries for Apron Flood Lighting for New Apron at Jodhpur to maintain the lux level not less than the requirement of latest ICAO, Annexure- 14 / CAR and restricting the power consumption not more than 3.6 KW +10% per High mast where numbers and height of the high masts are fixed complete as required as detailed in the Technical Specifications of this tender.

Design, fabrication & Supply of 20 M height high mast system complete made of hot dip galvanized (internal and external) steel, polygonal, single / double sectional, slip in stress fit high mast as per BS/DIN/ASTM, welded as per BS-5135 / AWS and designed to with stand wind speed as per IS-875 part 3, complete in all respects manually cum electrically operated raising and lowering mechanism installed inside the base compartment junction box having double drum winch, gear, motor, suitable suspension system with steel wire rope of 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), Lightning finial, Galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for LED luminaries as required by the design as explained in item-1 & LED type aviation obstruction light, top pully arrangement (double), counter balance, AOL Brackets and 01 set of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and common template etc. complete along with other accessories as per the technical specificatios etc as required.

Design and construction of suitable shallow foundation with reinforced cement concrete for the high mast mentioned in item No. 2, considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr. at 2 metre depth, including Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special grade steel, nuts, bolts, washer, anchor plate, template, suitable dia DWC HDPE pipe etc complete as required.

Assembling, Erection, testing and commissioning of above High Mast system complete with all its accessories, LED flood lights, lightening finial, aviation obstruction lights, supply and connection of required length of 1.1KV grade multicore copper conductor trailing cable for light fixtures, supply and fixing of 32 A, 10 ka, FP MCB, painting, numbering, angle setting of fixtures to achieve average lux as per the design etc. as required on the existing foundation fixings complete as required.

Supply of solar powered aviation obstruction light with optical lens arrangement to provide 360 degree illumination by high intensity Red LED confirming to ICAO specifications complete with solar panel having inbuilt 12V / 7.2Ah SMF Battery, Base Plate etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4 core, 2.5 Sqmm XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured 1.1 KV Grade copper conductor control cable confirming to Relevant IS specification complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL / HDPE pipe / cable trench as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt,spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
