Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a)Foundation footing, basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b)Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

(c) Flat sufraces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

(d) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

(e) Vertical Surfaces such as wall any thickness

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- a)Foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(b)Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

(b)Suspended floors, roofs, landings & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and their cases (except spiral cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete floor two levels.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights within 1cement: 6sand) Ist. Class bricks upto all hight i/c carriage of materials with in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, trade of steps and landing laid over12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) & finished with flush pointing in white cement. White glazed tiles in treads of steps not exceeding 30cm in width.

Appling priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. (a) White paint.

Appling priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint other than white.
