Dismantling of boarding, any description and fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall & ceilling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed witjh angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 W (gde E 250 ) quality A including a shop coat of zink chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.50mm thick pre painted/coloured galvalum aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour in roofing having tensile strength 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 above but plain sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 19 mm thick Armstrong board (SABBIA/DUNE MAX)perforated with tegular edge 60 x60 cm in ceiling over GI Armstrong grid prlude XL 24 mm grid main runner height 37 mm and secondary runner height 30 mm including 2.6 mm/2.8 mm GI wire suspenders of suitable length as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.50mm graded stone aggregates ) as in filling in levelling course over roof slab ,complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M/L for APP water proofing treatment as specified as under including cleaning surface with wire brushesh etc. :-(a) M&L 10mm thick cement plaster in CM1:3 over roof surface and then Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.(b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method (thickness of membrane shall not be less than 3mm) (c ) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. (e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:-(i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd. (ii) 'Hyperplast' of IWL India Ltd. (iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product (iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only water tanks of capacity 500 Ltr incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 15 mm bore steel tubing medium grade and connection in new or old position and fixed to wall, ceiling, floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortor 1:3 complete surface shall be even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Over and Including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down distempered surfaces, filling the uneven surfaces with wall putty of approved make and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion washable on plastered surfaces surface of walls all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of New steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
