Excavation work in excavation by manual means for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqmon plan, depth upto 1.5 M including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 M from the cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soiL.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on new steel works.

Carving of logo and nomenclature of the park in the colurful texture as directed by engineer in charge. (INCLUDING COST OF PLANKS ON TOP OF GATE)
