Construction of Open Type Bandhara at Kamarkhand in V.P. Kirlapal Dabal of Dharbandora Taluka (2nd Call)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual mean in all type of strata Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and such material either in full or in parts, as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted incl. chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all condition such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dresing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying stone rip rap for talus with basaltic / granitic stone, 60% of which shall comprise stones not less than 0.0425 cu.m.(11/2cft,) in size each and remaining 40% comprising well geaded rubble not below the size of 0.0412 cu.m.(1/2) cft. including the cost of conveyance of all materials , spreading, hand packing wedging etc.with all leads and lifts etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a)Foundation, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

b)vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: : a) All works upto plinth level.

b) In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) : a) All works upto plinth level

b) In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and structs etc. upto floor five level

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for: iii) Columns, Piers, Pillars, Aburments, Posts and struts (square rectangle polygon in plan)

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing PVC water seal in constructing joints as per design and drawing,shall with stand the pressure to the tune of 5kgkm2 of approved quality and confirming torelevant IS code and shall be of one piece shall be avoided the normal width shall not be less than 305m & thickness shall be between 9 to 12mm & the thickness shall with stand min. hydrostatic pressure of 30m of water, incl. the cost of all materials labours,tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including the incidentials involved as per specification drawing the directives of Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply and fixing of fiber glass reinforced (FRP) needles along with FRP coated MS frame needles shall be made out standared quality FRP composite materials smooth surface shall be provided from both side of needles for interlocking in to each boxe type grooves protect the edge of the neddle rubber seal size 15x4 mm thick shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight perfsrmence. handles shall be provided in two locations for lifting and lowering of the needles shall be triler made sections as per the size required at site for closing the bandhara.: b) for thickness of needles 65mm+ 3mm ( Hallow Type ) for water depth 0.00 mts to 2.00 mts clear span.
