GE/SMB/T-16/2021-22 REPAIR CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK SOAKAGE WELLS MANHOLES AND SEWAGE LINES IN ZONE II AND III AREA UNDER GE SAMBA

Bailing out of contaminated water including sludge from existing septic tanks/soakage wells etc using mechanical means and including cleaning of inlet/outlet chambers,soakage pits etc of any capacity and depth and including removing contaminated water,sludge ,silt,residue both type (organic or in-organic) and any other solid/waste materials and collecting the same into mechanical lorry/tanker by mechanical means and removing collected materials/waste/water etc and disposing off outside MoD land at a places approved by city civic agency. The quoted rate shall include interalia cover followings- (i) Taking out existing cover and refixing the same in its original posn as per existing pattern. (ii) Spreading of unslacked lime powder around septic tank/soakage well/Manhole etc and antibotic materials to kill smell etc and to make hygienically. (iii) No manual means whatsever shall be allowed. (iv) The labour to be engaged shall have properly insurance cover at contractors's cost.Contractor shall produce a certified copy of insurance documents. (v) The work taken in hand once shall be completed on same day and in no case carried over to next days. Failing which a penality of Rs 1000/day/location shall be imposed. (vi) The mode of measurement shall be as inner volume of tank/well etc which has been cleaned.

Providing services of menpower for Cleaning of blocked/choked drain pipes/sewer lines of any dia and any types, in horizontal or vertical position and other similar works as ordered by Engineer-in-charge by rodding from WC to manhole, manhole to manholes and manhole end to septic tanks/soakage wells, flushing with water after taking out existing manholes covers, removing the sludge and other waste materials/blockage in drain pipes incl removal of waste etc to a distance exc 250 mtrs but n exc 500m, buried the sludge/waste materials in the pits and filling/ levelling of soil in pits after burying the sludge complete all as specified. NOTES 1. The contractor shall provide minimum 03 labour in proper uniform daily excluding sundays and gazzested holidays from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours to attend daily complaints of cleaning as mentioned above. Non wearing of uniform shall be subjected to a recovery of Rs 250.00 per person per day. 2. A Penality of Rs 1000/-per person per day will be recovered for any absent of labour,from the amount of contractor. 3.The quoted rates shall be deemed inclusive of amount/cost of necessary tool and plants ,consumable materials,excavation for burring the sludge /waste materials and other earthwork. 4. All persons/employee employed by contractor shall be insured,contractor shall produce a certified copy of insurance documents of persons/employee. Failing do so all persons/employee/manpower shall be treated as absent from duty and no payment shall be made for this duration. 5. The cost of stationary such as Attendance register for contractor's employee shall be maintain by contractor at his own cost and duly signed by concerned JE and Engineer-in-charge on regular basis. 6. All defence premises and equipements shall be keep,neat and clean by the employed staff of contractor without any extra cost to government.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles,(inluding old septic tank) . all as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius,built in cement mortar 1:4 , all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete(reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete, all as specified.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in cover slabs ( for manholes etc.),chullah hoods, chajjas , shelves and similar articles with plain faces ,set in cement mortar 1:4, all as specified .

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) all as specified.

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified .

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc completle all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous China ,Squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern in repairs,size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest including all joints and making good to the floor,etc complete all as specified.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan padestal pattern white ,excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern but including flush pipe,seat and cover complete, fixed in repairs all as specified.

Cutting into existing man holes for removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cuttin g out branch channel and making good branches, connecting new drain pipes of dia 150 mm (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of PVC (SWR) drain pipes, internal dia of pipe 100/110 mm, and taking out of trenches, if required, Complete all as specified.

Dismantling of PVC (SWR) drain pipes, internal dia of pipe 150 mm, and taking out of trenches, if required, Complete all as specified.

Taking down eaves gutters and PVC rainwater pipes/vent pipe (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories), Complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified

PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick (available excavated soil). Complete all as specified.

Demolishing existing Soakage well and Construction of Soakage well 1800 mm internal dia x 4500 mm deep all as per DRG NO CEPZ/C-TD/13/13 Sheet 1/5 to 5/5 and as specified below :- Earth work in soft / loose soil, Hard core of stone, Brick work in CM (1:4), PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 in base, RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A1 Nominal mix in RCC Members, Brick aggregate 80mm to 20 mm gradded, Inlet pipe etc shall be of 150 mm dia SGSW pipe Grade 'A', 15 mm plaster in CM (1:6) finished even & fair internally, removing surplus materials to a distence exc. 25.0 m but n.exc. 500 m, rest all as per Drg. (No other items of BOQ is applicable in this item)
