Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified.

Supply & laying of lawn area and planting of carpet American Grass including water spraying etc completes all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for approved earth or Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, rolled , levelled and rammed etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of flower bed plantation (mix spp.) including water spraying etc complete.

Supplying and planting Date Palm 10 feet plants including 2 years old. Digging pit size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 mtr filling with manure fetile soils & pesticides including removing surplus soils to a distance not exc 250m complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Planting of avenue trees of approved species as per direction incl excavation of pit of size 0.75 x 0.75 x0.75 mtr in soft disintegrated rock, filling with manure, fertile soil (1:3 Proportion ) & pesticides, after soil treatment with chemicals and fertilizers, manure and pesticides of approval quality including removing surplus soils to a distance not exc 250 m complete all as speicifed and as direced by Engineer-in-charge of required size and depth in all types of soil and back fill approved back cotton soil after soil treatment with chemical and fertilizer, incorporating manure of approved quality in the proportion of 1:3 (One part of manure & 3 part of soil) manure 200 gm per plant and using pesticides of approved quality etc and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed. S&F Hedge boundary plantation trees and 1 to 3 feet plants including 1 years old. Digging pit size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 mtr filling with manure, fertile soils & persticides including removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 250m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Soft/Loose soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm hard/dense soil all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping all as specified

Maintenance of plants with two labour per day (as per item No. 5.00 to 8.00 here-in-before) by regular watering, dewatering, pruning, trimming, de-weeding, removing/ adding earth, cleaning, removal of dead leaves and disposal to a place as directed by E.I.C including supply of fertilizers and spraying of insecticides as and when required for the items Maintenance period start from the date of physical completion of all other works (Note:- The quoted rate includes salary of gardener/bisti, cost of replacement of plant/ grass/ Shrubs/hedges/ creepers etc., including planting against casualty if any during the maintenance period)

Supply and Lay, 40 mm OD Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall for protection of underground Cable with all fittings laid in trenches/road/nallah or fixed along wall poles or laid under floor (Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
