Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium alloy anodized (power-coated) partition, with aluminium sections as per of "Jindal" section including aluminium alloy anodized snap type beads, handles, glazing clip, joint cleats, rubber gaskets etc, complete all as specified and directed. For series-B "Jindal" section numbers for casement:- Note: The rates shall be inclusive of provision of and fixing of rubber packing/gasket. Glass/Wire gauge/Board shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for plain mild steel wire, 4mm dia, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete steel posts and/ or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, gaIvanised. iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

ACCESSIBLE ROOF TREATEMENTS:- APP TREATEMENT WITH BRICK/PCC TILES :- M&L for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricatd five layer weight not less than 3.60kg / Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and applying on top of it one coat of hot straight run bitumen grade 30/40 (Grade S-35) confirming to IS-73 at the rate of 1.2kg/Sqm , make as approved consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25'C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end the layer membrane shall be laid using butine gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacture's instuctions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under:- (i) Joint strengh in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23'C at 650/450 N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150'C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the suthorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles, laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and as directed.

All as above Item No 1.48 but except brick tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable brick tiles as obtained from serial item No 1.12 hereinbefore shall be reused after cleaning the tiles. The rate quoted shall include for cleaning the tiles also.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), 25mm thick, as in sub base to floor/bedding layer to floor etc., finished rough to receive topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-20 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-20 mm thick, laid in treads of steps with bull nosed edges, over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick laid on verticle surface or skirting/dado/pillar over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Size of slab shall be cut as required.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in floor over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm or 450 x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granite tile or slab (of any type), 16-20mm thick, machine cut and machine polished and moulded as in steps, jambs, pillar, counter WHB, floor, window cill etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling or wall fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and spray painting complete fan including filling cavities with filler with two coats of white duco paint after cleaning all dust, writing MES No with black colour permanent marker etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Mateial and labour for hanging only ceiling/wall fan and connecting up using new three core flexible cable 23/ 0.0076 size from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed.
