Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound step down transformer outdoor type complete with standard fitting ,HT 11 KV 3 Phase ,LT 433 Volt 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping on primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5 % with tapings at every 2.5 % rating of 315 KVA capacity (Energy efficent level- 2) The transformer shall be complete with all standard fitting and accessories gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc, all as per IS 1180 PART -I (2014) all jointing materials connected with elect system earthing etc complete incl platform as per manufacturer design all as specified and directed. comprising following ccessories : (a) One cable box HV side consisting of 3 nos porcelain terminal points incl nuts and washer with two nos cable gland suitable for up to 3 core 120 sqmm HT UG cable .

(b ) Suitable cable box LV side for mounting two LV cable consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods , complete with nuts and washer with two nos cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with bimettalic lugs . ( c ) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with fast fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover incl thermometer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two nos to tank to faciliate fixing to earth strip. (i) Oil level gauge. (j) Lifting lugs (k) Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete. (l) Air relief valve plug. (m) heavy duty MS mounted trolley type structure having required leaf spring, as specified by OEM complete with all MS Structure and pulling MS rod cum hook, 04 Nos tyre wheel dunlop/ MRF size 7.00 x 16, 8 ply rating,1 No spare wheel. The trolley will be suitable for carrying of 315 KVA transformer and a provision of jacks for lifting/ Pullup of wheel. Cost of trolly, jacks and connected items shall be deemed in qouted rate. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross Sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core including complete connection with trolley mounted transformer on HT side all as specified and directed.

M & L, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross section of area 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete including all connection with suitable aluminium thrimble all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit of 11KV (earthed) grade cable fro outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers with two nos. cable gland suitable for 3.5 core 300 sqmm LT U/G cable.

Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level indicator.
