Labour charges for dismantling, removing and lowering damaged and corroded MS section from the building at various level up to a maximum height of 25 m including charges for conveying and dumping the same in dump yard, hire of tools and cost of cutting gas etc. complete.

Labour charges for dismantling carefully the damaged AC sheet on roof and side cladding etc.without causing any damage to the nearby sheet and structural up to a height of 24m including charges for scaffolding and dumping the waste to the dump yard etc. as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Labour charges for fabrication of steel structurals such as column, beam, staircase, purlin, trusses,bracing, bracket etc of the building at various levels up to height of 25.3 m including charges for fabricating members to size, conveying it to the site, lifting and fitting in position either by welding or by bolting, cost of welding rods, cutting gas , hire of tools and charges for scaffolding also conveying MS materials from store etc and debris to the dumpyard etc complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Labour charges for fixing non asbestos cement roofing sheet/FRP Sheet on roof and side cladding with GI bolts and nuts, grease washer, rubber cap, roofing compound etc. upto a height of 25m including cost of all labours ,hire of tools,conveying, cutting the sheet into suitable size if necessary, charges for scaffloding etc. complete as per the direction of officer in charge.

Labour charges for dismantling and removing the ridges (in pair) barge board/ apron sheet etc. or the roof of building without causing any damage and re fixing the same or any ridges after repairing work including cost of all labour, hire of tools, charges for scaffolding etc. complete as per the direction of theEngineer in charge

Labour charges for cleaning the surface thoroughly by chiselling, scrapping, wire brushing, sand papering and providing protective covering over the equipments, vessels and TiO2 bags etc to prevent rust and dust falling inside including charges for all tools, scaffolding etc. complete as per the direction of theEngineer in charge.

Labour charges for painting with zinc chromate primer over steel structurals such as columns, beams, roof trusses, purlin, louvers, brazing, connected platforms, hand rails, staircases, cable trays, steel doors ,gates, cover plates, tanks, ducts, scrubber stack, chimneys and equipment supports etc after cleaning the surface by chiseling, scraping, wire brushing complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for painting with rubber based paint (lighty grey) over steel structurals such as columns,beams, roof trusses, purlin, louvers, brazing, connected platforms, hand rails, staircases, walkways,pipelines, cable trays, steel doors , windows, gates, cover plates, tanks, ducts, scrubber stack, chimneys and equipment supports including charges for all tools, scaffolding etc complete as per the direction ofthe Engineer in charge..

Labour charges for painting with rubber based paint (dark grey) over steel structurals such as columns, beams, roof trusses, purlin, louvers, brazing, connected platforms, hand rails, staircases, walkways, pipelines, cable trays, steel doors , windows, gates, cover plates, tanks, ducts, scrubber stack, chimneys and equipment supports including charges for all tools, scaffolding etc complete as per the direction ofthe Engineer in charge.
