Taking down/out unserviceable underground cable of any type/size laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc and segreagating serviceable items for re-use complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and exc. 1.50 Metre but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for servicing of LT panel of any type and size by checking connection of busbar with switchgear, internal wiring system of metering devices, proper fixing of switch gear, replacing of burned/damaged insulators,connecting copper lead with held of copper lugs ,nut bolts, replacing of unserviceable copper bus bars, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of copper lead wire and copper busbar shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply, installing out door type Feeder Pillar Box of size 600 x 450 x 300mm, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, shutter in front side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement and painted with powder coating paint and mounted on PCC (1:3:6) Platform all round the Feeder Pillar Box complete including copper bus bar TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz of rating 400 Amp duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite/DMC insulator bus bar support (Square/round ) insulators of suitable size and rating as per site requirment and good insulation resistance with removal of old unseviceable pedestal type Feeder Pillar Box, complete all as specified and directed. M&L Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable stay assembly of LT Pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Unserviceable Stay assembly will be dismantled at Ground Level and disturbed ground will making good as directed for which Earthwork, demolition of Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

Dismantlling unserviceable LT pole of any description and any size including demolition and any size including demolition of cement concrete (as/if required) and making good disturbed Ground complete alll as specified and as directed. Note : Unserviceable pole will be dismantlled at ground level and and distributed ground will be made good as directed for which Earth work, demolition of cement concrete, etc, will not be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.

M&L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 16mm, size of Plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, Stay Strand, Loop Insulator etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms Bracing sports clamps and back plates fabricated from structure steel sections including Nuts bolts washer welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape of size as indicatore directed and inclusive of one coate of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Earth Wire, Cradle Guarding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Insulators like Pin type, Shackle type from existing Electric Poles of any description and any size, seggregating Seviceable Insulators and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Shackle type Porcelain, Vitreous of size 100mm height 115mm dia including Galvanised Mild Steel 31x5mm Strap, 14mm dia Insulator Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. for Working Pressure 1100 Volt grade (Serviceable Insulator obtained from Item No. 67 here-in-before), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Loop Type Insulator Vitreous White, Brown or Green, large size with overall dimensions 90x65mm, clearance of hole 16mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the Disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as required) conforming to IS-398 with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc, fixing on Electric Poles, stringing and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Binding Wire is to be included in the quoted rate.

Labour only for Releasing/ restringing ACSR Conductor of existing OH Lines by un-binding from Insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching, re-stringing the Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors as ordered, and binding to insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F PVC/ Fibre Separator for LT Lines 1100 Volts OH Conductor 2 Wire system for horizontal spacing of Conductor, fixing with Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc, including taking old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming/pruning of the tree branches comming cross electric power head line of LT feeder cleaning the span and making it free from touching the tree branches and removing branches from road and diposition at a distance, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from steel tubular Pole of size 9 mtr (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, etc. and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Painting in alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 Nos consisting with Each Strip of 200 mm wide) from above coping and remaining portion of Pole treated with Two Coats of Aluminum paint and Mild Steel Cross Arms, etc. treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc, from Pre-stressed Concrete Pole of size 9 mtr (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, etc. and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Painting in alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 Nos consisting with Each Strip of 200 mm wide) from above coping and remaining portion of Pole treated with Two Coats of Exterior Weather Proof Paint and Mild Steel Cross Arms, etc, treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L writing Letter on steel Tubular/Pre-stressed concrete pole (8 CM) in heght ) with synsthetic Enamel paint (white) on base of black paint in round shape of 15 CM dia complete all as specified and directed.
