| 1.02 | Extra amount payable in the event of an increase in the wage of unskilled labour, as per the circulars issued by the West Bengal Labour Commissioner. The payable amount shall be calculated based on the differential wage, including 10% contractor's profit, 1% Labour CESS, 25% EPF, 8.33% Bonus, 2% Tools, Tackles & PPE, 5% Overhead, 10% Consumables, and 4% ESI.
NOTE:
(1) The quantity under this item shall be determined based on the above assumptions so that the total payable amount corresponds to the actual compensation required on account of the labour wage hike.
