S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick(Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. S & F 35mm thick glazed and Skelton shutter of IInd class hard wood ( except mango ) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (with out shash bars) divided into square plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8-24(a) and fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Wire gauge shutter be provided with of vertical member of size 75 mm x 35 mm at middle of the shutter. The vertical member have mitred joints and shall be stub tenoned to the depth not less than 35 mm in top, lock & bottom rails and have rebate to receive the wire gauge etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel windows (box type) with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and peg stay complete with glazing bars, welded or dovetailed including a shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as per drg No TD-219 Sh 1/3 to 3/3 as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.r IS: 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 mm thick , sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out glass old broken (any thickness, quailty or description) from wooden/steel frames, stone brick, concrete surrounding, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads etc. complete all as speciifed and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick coloured area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles over 15mm thick bedding of layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 55 above but as in skirting & over & including 10mm thick rendering of cement sand mortar (1:4)

M&L for light coloured vitrified tiles 8 mm to 9 mm thick (square rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36sqm laid as in floors, set and jointed with cement slurry over & including 15mm thick bedding of layer of cement sand mortar (1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 57 above but as in skirting & over & including 10mm thick rendering of cement sand mortar (1:4)

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured /printed tiles of size 450mmx 300mmx7mm thick as in skirting/dado setting & jointed with neat cement slurry over & including 10mm thick rendering of cement sand mortar (1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surface of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick granite machine cut stone slab (table rubbed polished) as in cooking platform , jamb, cill, step & riser setted and jointed with cement slurry and bedded over & including 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:4), & pointed with white/ coloured cement including grinding, rounded and chamfered edges and granite polishing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for marble work (Green Marble) 16-18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4. with and including rouding/bull nosing to exposed surfaces of slabs omplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down to 15mm/ 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specfied and as directed.

S & F 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade, galvanized with all fittings and fixture fixed & concealed in wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
