M&L for applying 3mm thick (average thickness) epoxy screed (3000 microns) consisting of epoxy resin, epoxy hardner and formulated aggregate fine quartz sand in ratio of resin + Hardener 1.5 litre and FQ Sand 3.75 kg made of solvent free combination of epoxy resin, modified amine hardeners of high crushing strength and mechanically insert aggregate made to uniform thickness laid over a coat of epoxy primer after preparation of base by grinding, cleaning complete all as per manufacturer's instructions 2mm thick (Yeilded average thickness) EPU based self levelling top coat of Flexo hard is to be provided over screed layer de-aerated by spike roller to dislodge airpockets. The volumetric mixing ratio shall be 2:1 as per manufacturer's instructions and top layer is to be air cured for 24 hours complete all as per manufacturer's recommendation as directed at site and all as specified in the relevant IS. The following characteristics is to be ensured: (a) Compressive strength of the top coat in the range of 60-70 MPa. (b) Tensile strength 15-20 MPa. (c) Elonation in the range of 45-50%. (d) Flexural strength in the range 40-45 MPa. (e) Top coat wear resistance (weight loss) / Abrassion Resistance < 37 mg.

M&L for filling of Contraction joints (10-12mm thick) with epoxy mortar and expansion joints (10-12mm thick) with flexible elastomeric sealant including raking old joints / repair to spoiled edges with high strength epoxy mortar as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying yellow/red lines not exceeding 150mm wide with epoxy polyurethane aromatic PU Coating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound (high strength epoxy mortar) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of sliding door shutter of size 2.6m x 7m (each shutter) of hangar by hydra machine and required mechanical tools including removal of door guiderails (top) & Channel section (Invert welded) and replacement with new ones, replacement of individual door cleats and damaged steel sheets refixing with new ones and removal of door rollers (top and bottom) and servicing them to ensure smooth operation, replacing worn out or broken wheels / bracings and pivots, welding the broken tracks and railings, placing the shutters properly on top rails and bottom track with proper alignment including all necessary fabrication work required for smooth opening and closing of shutters complete all as specified and directed. Note: Structural Steel section, wheel guide pulley and galvalume sheet required shall be measured and paid separately and cost of material other than specified is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

MS / cast iron work as in door wheels/guide wheels, pulley and similar articles of grade FG-150 machined complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any description by scrapping and blowing with blow torch and applying two coats of epoxy paint on steel iron surface over 10 cm in width or girth in ceiling/wall of hanger, not otherwise describes all as specified & directed bt Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster etc complete all a specified.

Rendering 10mm thick on surfaces of walls of brickwork or concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on internal wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces using supreme quality wall care putty making the surface even & smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on internal walls complete all as specified and directed.

(c) The cost of all fixing arrangements & fabrication, gear, pully, rope for motor along with existing Hanger door is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (d) The cost of any civil and structural steel work other then items herein before but essentially required for smooth functioning of door is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (e) The work shall be got carried out by the contractor from any of the following specialised firms who have the expertise in manufacture and repairs/replacement of large sliding doors / sections. The contractor shall produce necessary documentary proof regarding the firm's capability of executing such type of motorised door system as and when asked. (f) All structures i.e. shutters, rollers, rope, gear system etc shall be erected with mechnical cranes skillfully and carefully without causing any damage to the structure. Any damage so caused by fault or negligence shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. No claim whatsoever shall be made to the contractor.
