1. For Housekeeping Services of Admn. Building, Academic Building, Hostels, Student Centre, C.K. Reddy Hall, Faculty Club, Shopping Centre. [Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of all expenses to be incurred by vendor for providing materials, goods and services as specified in the Scope of work and Tech. Specification of Section-3 (Part - A & B) of the tender document excluding Goods and service Tax, which shall be paid extra, as per Goods and Service Tax rules applicable from time to time.]

(i) Rooms/ Verandah/ corridors/ staircase etc (Area=150139 sq.ft)

(ii) Bathrooms (Area=21737 Sq.ft)

2. For sweeping of open area around the buildings up to the green grass/boundaries, for outside surrounding area of the following buildings. [Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of all expenses to be incurred by vendor for providing goods and service as specified in the Scope of work and Tech. Specification of Section-3 (Part - A & B) of the tender document excluding Goods and service Tax, which shall be paid extra, as per Goods and Service Tax rules applicable from time to time.] (Area in 100 Sqmtrs)

3. For each building for spraying finit/other insecticide, duly approved by the user faculty, to keep the buildings free of mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches rodents etc. of the following buildings. (Such spraying will be done fortnightly i.e. 2 occasions per month) [Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of all expenses to be incurred by vendor for providing materials, goods and service as specified in the Scope of work and Tech. Specification of Section-3 (Part - A & B) of the tender document excluding Goods and service Tax, which shall be paid extra, as per Goods and Service Tax rules applicable from time to time.]

Daily lifting and disposal of garbage created in housekeeping work as well as in dustbin placed near Hostels, Student Centre, Faculty Club, Shopping Complex, CK Reddy Hall, Admin building and along the roads of ALTTC campus to Municipal dumping ground. [Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of all expenses to be incurred by vendor for providing materials, goods and service as specified in the Scope of work and Tech. Specification of Section-3 (Part - A & B) of the tender document excluding Goods and service Tax, which shall be paid extra, as per Goods and Service Tax rules applicable from time to time.]
