Providing DWF through 100 percent FHTCs to Chinnapareddipalli Habitation in Penukonda mandal

Construction of OHSR with M30 grade design mix with required Fe 500 HYSD steel at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SoR 2024-25. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, vertical connections and labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work, including cost of DI pipes, DI Valves, etc, and excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%. 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH and SBC 15 T/sqm . Fixtures include : a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 200 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc.,d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos. f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No. g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends k) The rates are inclusive of CI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections( as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification of SoR item No.30
