Dismantling brickwork, stone masonry in Cement mortar under 3meter height including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling & removing R.C.C. Columns, beams,slab, staircase landing lintels includingstacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from site within 50m. lead.

Removing old lime plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep & removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required complete.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50m lead and 1.5m lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & Filling Sand in F & P with well watered and rammed including all cost etc. complete.

Cement Concrete ( 1:3:6 ) using 40mm size hard granite metal including hoisting and laying concrete with watering & curing with all cost etc. complete.

R.C.C.M-20 Grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite ( crusher broken ) stone chips including hoisting & laying concrete including Centering & Shuttering etc.all complete

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 600mm x 300mmx150mm of M-30grade of approved make,design,colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed inrequired pattern etc.complete in al lrespect conforming to IS 5758:1984.

Carriage of excavated earth within 5.00KM lead.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and sizemade by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc.complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018

Fixing of Granite tiles in floors, skirting riser of stepps on 25 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles or stones.

Fixing of Granite tiles in dados treads or stepps and landing on 12mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:1 ( 1 Cement : 1 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles or stones.

Fixing of Khandolite tiles in dados, skirting riser of stepps on12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles or stones.

Supplying G.I. square hollow pipe grill and gate.

Priming 1-coat with any approved primer to wall surface including all labour and cost of wall primer etc complete.

Wall painting 2-coats with Weather Coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Painting 2-coats with any approved paint on new Iron work including cost of materials.

Painting 2-coats with any approved Varnish paint over the Khandolite work including cost of materials.

Earth work in ordinary soil by mechanical means within 5.00KM lead including rough dressing and levelling the road surface, rolling with H.R.R. including all labour and T & P etc.Complete .
