Dismantling the existing DPMCB and allied items and mending good damages to original finish (C1-C3,D1-D5,D6,136 nos Qtrs)

Dismantling the existing ply board and MS Angle frame from exixting position.(16 no stair)

Supply ,fixing and Fabrication of suitable MS iron brackets with angle iron frame having dimension as per site requirment . this iron bracket comprising with 25mmx25mmx4mm iron angle for iron frame and two nos support with 25mm x 4 mm MS flat per frame and fixing in concert wall. Making structure with welding and fittings the same by welding machines along with necessary fittings arrangements including scaffolding cutting hole as necessary as per direction of EIC. During working condition it is mandatory to wear safety belt and other necessary safety arrangement for all working of concern agency.

Re-fixing only existing ply board to be fixed on dismantled MS Angle frame by cutting wall for fixing 2 way MCB SS enclosure .(for 9 nos sevice connection)

Re -fixing only existing 2 way MCB SS enclosure in fixed plywood .(C1-C3,D1-D5,D6,136 nos Qtrs)

Supply fixing 12mm thick Marin quality ply board of size 2 ft x3 ft to be fixed on MS Angle frame for fixing 2 way MCB SS enclosure .(for 9 nos sevice connection)

Supplying and fixing MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment with Supplying and fixing 32 A ,240V DP Main Switches with fuse on ply. (Make- Legrand/ L&T/Havells/ABB)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required For 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Supplying of 1.1 KV grade 2 core 10 sq mm PVC/Al Ar cable (Make- Gloster/ Polycab/Havells)

Laying of cable upto 2 core 10 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland and finishing the ends complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables ,2 core 10 sqmm. 48 nos Qtrs X 2 nos .

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. For 2 core 10 sqmm cable

Supplying & Fixing iron beam fan clamp of two piece type, as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS sheet flat suitable for beam having flange upto 150 mm wide – (As per Drawing no. 476 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)

Making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible
