Supply of Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Single Core, Copper Conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification and having shield resistance less than 5 Ohm per Km of the following size as required and suitable for communication on ALCMS system. (Make : FAA Certified makes) a) 6 Sq, mm.

Supply of FAA Certified 600V grade flexible copper conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits conforming as specified in particular specification of following sizes as required. (Make : FAA Certified Makes) a) 2C x 4 sq.mm.

Supply of Fire retardant Yellow-Green 4 sq mm Single Core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, 1100 Volts Conforming to IS: 694-2010.

Supply of following sizes 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required and confirming to the technical specification. ( Make : FAA Certified Makes) a) 6 sq. mm.

Supply of FAA Certified Secondary connector kit suitable for connection 2 C X 4 sq mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables etc. complete as required and confirming to the technical specification. (Make FAA certified connector only).

Supply of following size Anti Rodent Fire Retardant permanently lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipe complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. of with pulling rope fitted inside complete as required and as per technical specifications. OD 63mm/ID 50mm.

Supply of following size Anti Rodent Fire Retardant permanently lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipe complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. of with pulling rope fitted inside complete as required and as per technical specifications. OD 50mm/ID 42mm.

Dismantling of existing Elevated Rwy/Twy fittings along with disconnection of primary side of IT & shortening the same, disconnection of secondary cable & secondary side of IT, etc. in the housing boxes and covering the housing boxes with MS cover plates if required, returning the fittings temporarily to AAI Store as required as per directions of the Engineer In charge. In case of re-install of light at same location GPS based coordinate have to be taken by using total station before dismantling work carried out.

Dismantling of existing 08 inch diameter inset fitting along with shallow base from bituminous/concrete pavement after taking GPS based coordinate by using total station and, fill the area with bitumen/cement concrete as per site requirement, cleaning the shallow base and returning in AAI stores complete as required and also disconnection of primary side of IT & shortening the same, disconnection of secondary cable & secondary side of IT, ASD, etc. in the housing boxes.

Dismantling of cable (both primary and secondary AGL cable) from existing pipe/ Duct/ kerf cutting channel of size up to 25 Sq MM, upto 5 KV grade and returning to AAI store.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of elevated Rwy/Twy light fittings i/c installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles and other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required and as per directions of the Engineer In charge after placing GPS coordinate by using total station.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 08 inch diameter inset type Rwy/Twy light fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting after placing GPS coordinate at Light location i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, ASD for commissioning of the fittings i/c supply of all materials except fixture, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with cable for loop earthing etc. as required.

Laying of one number 2 X 4 sq mm AFL secondary cable along with 1 X 4 sq mm earth cable of voltage grade not exceeding 1.1 KV METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 50 mm and width upto 15 mm for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material (PIDILITE) etc complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.

Making connection of 5 KV grade, 6 Sq mm Copper conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid cable with dry type plug & receptacle of type I, class 'B' i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape , etc as well as checking continuity with the existing ckts etc. complete as required as per EIC.

Making end termination of 2X 4 sq mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables with secondary connector kit connecting one end at inset/elevated fitting side and other end towards isolating transformer end etc. as required.

Dismantling of Transformer housing Boxes of size up to 750 mm x 330 mm x 450 mm or 330 mm x 330 mm x 450 mm( H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet with one/ three compartment from soil /bitumen/concrete and returning to AAI store complete as required.

Fabrication, supply & installation of MS Transformer housing Boxes of size 350 mm x 350 mm x 450 mm (H) made out of 06 mm thick all round expect on top surface which is 10 mm thick having a clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped holes at the hole center of 260 mm to recieve light fittings base plate and bolts washer, rubber gasket etc. The box shall have holes in the centre at 150 mm above bottom surface at two / three / four sides suitable to receive 50 mm dia GI pipe or 63 mm dia HDPE pipe, having two earth bolts of M10x40 mm. and a drain pipe at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe, all inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt & shall be of SS including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation using cement concrete 1:2:4, 100 mm all around the box and pedestal of 0.30m & 0.10m thick all around the box making suitable slope to level of runway/taxiway all around the housing box and lettering, numbering etc. complete as required.. a) Installation of housing box in bitumen pavement / concrete area.

Fabrication, supply & installation of MS transformer housing box of size 750mm x 350 mm x 450 mm (H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet with 12 nos. hole on the edges and 12 nos. bolts, washer, rubber gasket etc., finishing including pencil grinding (bevelling) of outer edge of top cover to get a ‘C’ shaped finished surface, the box shall have hole in the centre at 150 mm above bottom surface at two / three / four sides suitable to receive 50 mm dia GI pipe or 63 mm dia HDPE pipe, having two earth bolts of M10x40 mm. and and a drain pipe at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe, all inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt & shall be of SS including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation using cement concrete 1:2:4, 100 mm all around the box and pedestal of 0.30m & 0.10m thick all around the box making suitable slope to level of runway/taxiway all around the housing box and lettering, numbering etc. complete as required. a) Installation of housing box in bitumen pavement / concrete area

Laying of high density polyethylene HDPE pipe of OD 63 mm/ID 50 mm (Ref to item no.06)complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the shoulder of runway/taxiway or apron for GLF work i/c machine cutting of shoulder of runway/taxiway of width 100 mm and upto 200 mm deep, and taking the excavated material out of the area within a lead of 2 kms and refilling & making good the same by concreting as per the site requirement.

Laying of high density polyethylene HDPE pipe of OD 50mm/ID 42mm(Ref to item no. 07) dia complete with accessories as required like couplers, bends, tee etc. from transformer housing box to existing 40 mm dia GI pipe.
