geotechnial investigation- as these will be covered in

seaperate item)

(b) Design: preparation of design, drawing, detailed

estimates, mappaping in Google earth (KMZ file), bid

documents for the new tank/pond/Checkdam including

detailed specifications following prevailing departmental

norms and 3 copies of such reports.

3 Survey by using own DGPS instument for the topographical RS. Two Thousand

and contour survey work in 10x10 mt grid with 0.5mt contour Four Hundred Two

Note-1:- All works shall be carried out as per Public Works Department, Hand Book & other specifications of Division or as directed.

Note-2:- All the columns in Schedule should be filled in digitally & the total of the entries in the last column should be struck by the contractor under his digitally

Note-3:- Rates quoted include clearance of the site (Prior commencement of work & at its close) in all respects & hold good for work under all conditions, site.

Note-4 The payment shall be made after availability fund. The contractor has no any claim in this regard.

Note-5 The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

Note-6 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e.1% of the work done.

Note-7 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

Note-8 In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt.G.R.:PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/ C Date : 11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R.

Note-9 The rates to be quoted by the contractor must be inclusive of all duties, taxes, and other levies Except GST payable by the contractor under the contract or for any other cause shall be
