Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

Neat cement punning
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :
New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
One or more coats on old work.
Supplying at site G.I. barbed wire weighing 9.38 Kg/100 M of approved quality as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Fencing with angle iron post at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of available barbed wire between the two posts fitted and fixed with new G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts,struts, barbed wire, earth work and concrete work to be paid separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
