Complete dismantling of 30cusec five stage VT pump horizontal pump coupled to 200 HP motor by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump for accessing of damages to pump. Dismounting of motor with stool. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as discharge and column pipes, shaft and couplings, bowl, suction bell, impeller, stuffing box, fasteners etc by way of cutting rusted/jammed nut bolts. The job includes charges on account of skilled cum non skilled labour, tools and tackles required for execution of job at site.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport through a lead of approximately 35 kilometer.

Complete assembling of all VT pump parts after cleaning, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load of five stage bowl pump with column pipe of 250 mm dia.

Repairs to the 49mm dia SS shaft at viz head shaft (02 spot), 03 no line shaft (08 spot), by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality SS electrodes and then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove excess material deposit and restore the original dimensions and profile of shaft.

Fabrication, turning and finishing of specified Stainless Steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) bowl shaft with end preparation (threaded, etc.) keyway as per old sample having finished diameter of 70 mm, length= 960 mm and finished weight of approximately 28kg.

Fabrication, turning and finishing (on inside and outside) Stainless Steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft coupling as per old sample having finished weight of approximately 1 kg @ 1690/kg.

Fabrication, turning and finishing of specified Stainless Steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft sleeve as per old sample having finished weight of approximately 1.1 kg @1607/kg.

Providing and fitting of cutless rubber bush in SS retainer to bell mouth and bowl housing for bearing spider with approx. dimensions (L=220mm, ID= 70 mm. OD= 89mm) Approx weight of each bush= 1.6kg.

Providing and fitting of cutless rubber bush in SS retainer to bowl assembly and suction bell mouth as per sample having approximate with approx. dimensions. (L=157mm, ID= 50 mm. OD= 72mm). Approx weight of each bush= 0.8 kg.

Repairs to the ratchet plate assembly by way of welding works using suitable welding electrode. Rebuilding of worn-out teeth/ hub of ratchet plate by way of welding/grinding/finishing works to restore the desired profile and dimensions of ratchet plate. providing and filling of M-0il approx. 04 litre. The ratchet plate shall teeth of suitable dimensions and profile to prevent reversal movement. The job includes fabrication of Allen key holes for fitment of ratchet plate with bearing housing assembly.

Providing and fitting of pump bearing no. 16026 with adequate greasing of reputed make.

Providing and fitting of pump bearing no. 7318 with adequate greasing of reputed make.

Repairs to the damaged suction bell mouth by way of rebuilding, patching using CI weld works and strengthening of bearing spider of suction bell to restore the original profile and dimensions of bell mouth.

Providing and fitting of rubber gasket set (O-ring) for 400 mm dia flanged column pipes (08 no.).

providing and fitting of high tensile steel hexagonal bolts M 24×100.
