Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of HT panels/VCBs/OCBs/ACBs/RMUs and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after disconnecting HT/LT connections, taking all precautions and reconnection after painting including the following:- (a) Preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/polishing etc complete. (b) Painting with two coats of Duco paint (grey) of approved make/ quality. (c) Writing the SM MES No. of transformer on MS body of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note: (a) All the safety equipments, cutting materials, ladder, glows, shoes etc requirred for the work to be provided by the contractor. (b) The cutting shall be done two times during the contract period on as required basis. (c) Before and after photograph and video recording of the work will be done and kept on record.)

Clearing of the shrubs, vegetation grass, bushes, plants and saplings grown below HT/LT line around the stay and all substation in the area and cleaning the rubbish materials and dumping at places as directed by Engr-in-Chargre.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT DO fuse element suitable for 11KV, 20 A rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT DO fuse element suitable for 11KV, 40 A rating complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for servicing of 33 KV yard structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumper, sleeves, vice type connector, nut bolt and washers, connecting lugs/thimble, knife contacts, applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts , tightning all the loose connections for its smooth functioning, preparing old painted surface of the structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing supports, clamp and back plate complete and painting of two coats of anti corrosive weather proof heat resistant aluminium paint and providing red/yellow and black paint including writting SM/MES No. or other direction/Marker/Code etc with grey/black paint on boards not less than 40mm height 7-10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in -charge. Note:- No extra payment will made for the spares required to keep the yard structure in satisfactory functional state throughout contract period other than given in schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement of underground cable route indicator HT/LT made out of cast iron piece not less than 6 mm thick supported by 25X6 mm flat iron complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local, English & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & replacement of silica gel for transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working voltage of 33000 Volts including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working voltage of 11000 Volts including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing breather assembly including silica gel, indicating type 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 200 to 500 KVA including removing of old breather assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in Replacement of existing unserviceable ACSR jumper in HT/ LT Over Head line as that of existing size including binding wire, nuts & bolts washers including taking down jumper complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The above item shall be executed immediately on as and when required basis.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, Precast PCC cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for foundation of poles, laying of cables etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50.00 metre and depositing/spreading where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1, flat of size 300mm 180mmx 40mm for protection of under ground cable protection in trench complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of rotating type air break isolating switch horizontal mounting polymer for triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on gang operated devices united on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps for 33000 volts complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead copper strip 20x3mm, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by tinned GI nuts, bolts and washers in addition to brazing at every joint complete including disconnecting & taking up or down of existing unserviceable / deshaped, Copper earth strip of any size and in any position, including making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).
