Material and labour for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Indoor type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with process pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade shrouded aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps for each phase and 300 Amps for neutral and current density 0.8 Amps /Sqmm , including interconnection of all switch gears, fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension.

Notes for Item No 1 :- 1. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/water rinsing/de-dusting/water rinsing/activation/phosphating water rinsing/passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-54 ( should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 4. All the electricals switch gear like MCCBs, MCB should be of same make 5. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. 6. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

(b) ACB/MCCB/MCB : L&T/ABB/SCHNEIDER / SIEMENS / LEGRAND.

Supply and Fix TYPE HLT (Hydrostatic level transmitter) submersible with PE jacketed cable (SS316) consisting of following specification supply voltage 12-28 volts DC, output-420mA 2 wire, measuring range of 0.5-10 meter MWC, power supply voltage -24 volts DC for semi underground sump & OHT at the upper pump house Raiwala military station. The Sensor should be IP 68 Certified. The HLT should be compatible with the display panel LED type with the mounting capability of the enclosure size 96 L*96 W*80Dmm (Details and specifications of which are under item no4, item no5, item no6 and the capability to share signals through Transmitter panel (Details of which are under item 5) and the signals can be received by the Receiver panel (Details of which are under item 6). The cost of all arrangement are deemed to be included in quoted rates. The product should have ISO 9001- 14001 certified.

S&F GSM transmitter panel with the capability to share signals with the Receiver panel (Specification of which are under item 6) for the Hydrostatic level sensor (Details in item 3). Working of the transmitter panel should be under 4-20mA, protection level IP 65 with programmable range (0-9999) and indication accuracy of +/- 0.25% of FSD. The capacity of the least count should be programmable through feather touch keypad. The Power supply for input be 230 V AC +/- 10% and frequency of 50Hz. The panel dimensions and cut out should be as per the dimension 92*92mm and depth of 120mm. the panel should be incorporated with the display that is 5 digit seven segment 12.5mm RED LED. The transmission supply is 24 V DC @ 30mA. The transmitter panel should be capable of messaging in the form of SMS with the sending interval programmable from 0 to 90minutes. SMS sent should have data containing the level value along with decimal position with serial interface for SMS module (The required SIM card and its running cost will be in scope of supply till defect liability period which will be transferred to the name of MES upon completion). The panel should be wall mounted with size of (500(H)*500(W)*250(D))mm. wireless .the display reading should be locally at the site as well as at the hub. The product should have ISO 9001- 14001 certified.

Supplying , laying , testing and commisioning of LT UG cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed galvanised steel armoured with alumium stranded conductor of size 4 Sqmm X 2 core complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of submain wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm for phase and neutral and 01 No FRLSH PVC insulated , unsheathed stranded copper ,conductor cable as earth wire drawn through 20mm PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked, fixed on wall /OHT colums including suitable size clamps , saddles , screws etc ( from Top of OHT to DBs ) complete all as specified and directed . Note : Three run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable defective LT cable of any size and type from trenches / duct / poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of MCB DB SPN 4 way 240 V in sheet steel enclosure,double door type,made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10KA rupturing cap , 230 V ,50 hz AC complete all as speicified and directed . Make /L&T / Legrand/siemens/ABB

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for poles /laying of electric underground cables and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimmimg the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine dry sand cushing for under ground cable by providing layers of sand 8cm deep before laying and 15cm deep after laying the cable including streching the cable complete all as specified and directed .Note :- Punned (consolidated ) thickness of sand will be measured .

Supply and laying factory cast , unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark "LT CABLE " class LV Type 1 , ISI marked flat size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos , 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of aviation / obstraction light LED type fixed on top of OHT of any height including necessary fixing accessories etc complete all as specified and directed Make : Cat Part No SZPALMX-2 of shakti or quivalent in Havells / wipro .

S&F in replacement of Aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for OHT / roof of P/Hs etc conductors and down condutors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / wall / floors galvanised iron (GI) tube " light grade " including all required fittings complete all as specified and directed of size 40mm bore .

Dismantling and taking out MS angle iron / flat / channels / plate of any size and thickness and shape for cable supports/ pipe support /structure to feeder pillars/cope boxes/ ladder from existing trench/duct including cutting, bending, drilling, unscrewing & making good existing wall structure and handing over to user and removing off cutts of scrap from site complete all as specified & as directed by Engg-in-Charge

Dismantling old unserviceable out door /indoor type switch gear panel alongwith associated bus bar, metering , fuses , MCCBs (U/S) switches, starters etc indication lamps including disconnecting power cables and removing unserviceable panel from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:-The complete dismantled items shall be deposited in stores of MES department. The rate quoted by the contractor shall include the cost of transportation.

S&F PVC heavy duty pipe of 80mm bore including dismentling/ cutting chasing in floor/wall nexc 15 cm width or girth and making good floor/wall in CM 1:3 & finishing the surface as per existing complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- The pipe shall be properly grouted on walls/floor as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the exising cable connections from Panels & moters etc and relaying the cable through pipe and recnnecting cable to panels & moter's as per direction of Engg-in-Charge

M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below groud level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, inetrnal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm X 300mm , 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80 mm size (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc all, as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified incuding and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, Medium grade, including all excavation and earthn work and connecting the earth strip to an earthing test point/panel including testing on completion complete alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note:-(1) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover (2) Cost of addtional GI strip more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item
