Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts transporting to site, spreading, grading slope and compacted to meet the requirement of table 300 with lead upto 100mtrs. As per tech. Specification clause 303.1 unit - cum Taking output-100cum complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchorblocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing with in all leads & lifts in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying Stone/ Boulder filling behind the Retaining wall , also under floor and upstream of i/ gallery/ under floor etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate specific sizes to water bound macadum specifications including spreading in uniform thickness and packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN Static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and spreading stone, screening/binding material to fill up intersects of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density grading-I complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC -M-10 Grade (40 mm down) Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including cost of formwork. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC -M-15 Grade Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including cost of formwork.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve of following dia & class of Leader / Kartar / Kirloskar make with MS Flange of Table 5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. For Approved makes as per the list Enclosed in bidding Document Page No. CF-8.

90 mm dia HDPE pipe (PN 4.0, PE 80)

Providing, laying, jointing , commissioning and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 80 mm dia, medium class with all necessary fittings conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 80 mm dia,welded in requisite numbers of weld runs to make the joint leak proof so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - Citojet / ESAB make conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respect including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated gaslvanised iron profile sheet ( size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by engineer in charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gms. Per square metre as per IS:277, 240 mpa steel grade 5 - 7 micron epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns sheet should have protactive guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation shuold be supplied in single length up to 12 mtr. or as designed by engineering in charge. The sheet shal be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screw of size ( 5.5 x55 mm )with EPDM seal complete up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding cost of purlin rafter and trusses including cutting to size and shape wherever required. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 75 mm hydrant with main or submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm double threaded PN-6.0, 75 mm PP ball valve, bend, male female coupler threaded PN-6.0, service saddle PN-6.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
