Dismantling wall and ceilling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L wooden wall panelling and ceiling with tongue and groove joint laiminted over high quality DHF 8-10mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4mm thick veneered decoretive, Plywood grade 1 (BWR resin) with decoretive face veneers on one faces , fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4mm thick veneered decoretive, Plywood grade 1 (BWR resin) with decoretive face veneers on one faces , fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class soft wood (Kail) clean swan timber fixed in scantling complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 6 above but except timber complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Serviceable timber obtained from ser item No 5 above to be used).

Dismantiling of timber fillets rails, posts rafter purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section in any position in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class hardwood plain fillets square, rectangular in section exc 13 Sqcm & not exc 25 Sqcm complete all as spedified and directed

S&F second class hardwood plain fillets square, rectangular in section exc 6 Sqcm and not exc 13 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain/corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 0.80 mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting , in ridges, hips valley gutters drip and straight flashing etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 12 above but except sheeting. (Note : Serviceable sheets obtained from ser item No 11 above to be used).

Preparation of new wooden surface, not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of any descriptoin, not otherwise described, over 10cm witdth or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface, not other described over 10cm width or grith two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide including complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of any descriptoin, not otherwise described, over 10cm witdth or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
