Supply and laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened and PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or conductor 1.1KV grade cross sectional area 185 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/duct/floor or on pole or through pipe all as specified and directed and including taking down old LT cable.

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened and PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or conductor 1.1KV grade cross sectional area 70 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/duct/floor or on pole or through pipe all as specified and directed and including taking down old LT cable.

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened and PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or conductor 1.1KV grade cross sectional area 50 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/duct/floor or on pole or through pipe all as specified and directed and including taking down old LT cable.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core and including taking down old LT cable.

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dence soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles/foundation or foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreeding leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm apart complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-ChargeNote:- Punned thickness i.e. 18mm will be measured and paid.

M&L well burnt bricks sub class 'B'as in protection of cable laid dry , flat abutting each other width wise all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying and fixing in position galvanized iron pipe 80mm bore light grade fixed to pole with mild steel clamps of required size or laid through wall/under floor/under road/in trenches Complete all as Specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge

S&F testing and commissioning of MCB SP 6 Amp to 40 Amp 240 Volt 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs.

S&F testing and commissioning of MCB SP 63 Amp 240 Volt 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs.

M&L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate copy shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel wiht wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm four MS bars @ 80mm centre to centre both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, all excavation and earth work & connectiing the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- Cost of earth strip and GI protection pipe upto a distance 7.5 metre shall be included in the quoted rate.
