Taking down ceiling fan/ Exhaust Fan of any sweep, keeping with safe custody and refixing the same with replacement of unsv core PVC insulated PVC sheathed 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal over hauling the fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement Sub main wiring 2 x 6 Sqmm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed cable including concealed conduit and continuous earth wire of FRLSH PVC insulated multi-strand copper conductor of size 6.0 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road of any type (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface with the help of GI Tubing not exc. 40mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia drawn through and including GI protection pipe of light grade 15 mm bore by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including excavation earth work provisioning of PCC chamber made of PCC 1:3:6 RCC cover funnel with wiremesh 20mm dia watering pipe Medium grade, GI protection pipe 20mm dia bore all as specified in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I.
