EARTHWORK

Earth work excavation in foundations in all soils other than soft and hard rock upto the depths specified below including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc., complete for foundations, plinth beam etc.,

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) as mentioned below including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces for transporting, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the locations as directed by Engineer – in – Charge, etc., complete.

Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Lead charges upto 1KM or part thereof for additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for rock

CONCRETE WORKS

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed for Foundation, pedestals, plinth beams, etc.,

a) Below and Upto Finish Floor Level

b) Above Finish Floor Level

CEMENT CONCRETE of following mix using Pazzolona Portland Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20 mm maximum size at and at all depths below plinth level including consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete but excluding formwork as per specifications.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing by WEIGH BATCHING or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix make of Grade M - 30 (Minimum Cement Content – 330Kg/Cum) using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size and sand at and at all depths and heights including mixing with superplasticizer of make M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per manufacturer’s Specifications, conveying / pumping / placing at all depths / heights below / above plinth level, consolidation, finishing as specified, curing, etc., including providing and placing cover blocks of required sizes in cement mortar 1:1, etc., but excluding Formwork and Steel Reinforcement complete as specified and directed. NOTE:-The concrete of RCC of any grade if it is insitu (site mix) the sand to be used shall be River sand. In case of RMC, the manufactured sand. The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas.

MASONARY WORKS

Brick work using flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals etc and plinth at and at all depths below/above finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneousflush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., usingcrushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed.

STEEL WORKS

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses, M.S tubes and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag,Sail, JSW make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

PLASTERING AND FINISHING WORKS

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, structural grooves if necessary, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering using white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of adequate thickness finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Cement plastering 20 mm thick in 2 coats over masonary and concrete surfaces upto a height of 10 mtr with base coat of 12 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing coat of 8mm thickness in cement mortar 1:3 (smooth finish), final rendering,double scaffolding wherever necessary ,hacking of concrete surfaces, etc complete.

PAINTING WORKS

Painting steel surfaces with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler , scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete. NOTE :- Rates are inclusive of Scaffolding upto uninterrupted height , For beyond that height payment will be given in separate item.

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. NOTE :-Rates are inclusive of Scaffolding upto uninterrupted height , For beyond that height payment will be given in separate item.

Painting with 3 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint (including primer) interior grade of tractor emulsion of Asian make or equivalent quality of /Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc.,(interior paint) including scaffolding upto height of 3.5 m, removing whitewash/color wash/old paint, if any, by scrapping with scrubbing machine, sand papering, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Rates are inclusive of Scaffolding upto uninterrupted height , For beyond that height payment will be given in separate item

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives - Ultima of Asian paint or equivalent. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. NOTE :- Rates are inclusive of Scaffolding upto uninterrupted height , For beyond that height payment will be given in separate item

Providing and filling cracks acrylic latex flexible crack filler compound " Dr. Fixit Crack -X " by Pidilite Industries for filling plaster cracks in internal and external walls as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all height inluding required scaffolding.

Painting wooden surfaces with one coat of wood primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler etc, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.

DOOR AND WINDOW WORKS

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other FRAMES / CHOWKHAT comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent and fixed in position with M.S hold fast / lugs / SS dash fastners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( M.S hold fast / lugs or SS dash fastners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/window frames , minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Frame Size 65 x 100 mm

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded wpc ( Wood polymer Composite ) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), calcium carbonate and natural fibers ( wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum frame density of 650kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 1800N (Face ) & 900 N ( Edge ) , Minimum compressive strength of 2200 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ) , Modulus of Elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A Category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardent. WPC is to be laminated with pvc foil of minimum 14 microns , thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with neccessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S Screws, all as per direction of engineer in Charge. ( Note : stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately).

TILING AND FLOORING WORKS

Providing and laying Premium Double charged vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm using 10mm thick tiles of 1st quality, non-skid, matt finish and non slipperry, double charged , of make Khajharia,Johnson, Somani and Rak s or equivalent approved make with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to S:15622, in all colours and shade, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Note:- i) Quoted rate shall include extra adhesive required to match the water proofing plaster if any to maintain the lines and plumb of dado. ii) The quoted rate shall include border / combination of tiles as instructed by the Engineer in Charge iii)The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. iv)Do grouting with matching adhesive.

In flooring with rustic/matt finished 600X1200mm of double charged vitrified tile in Flooring with cement based high polymer modified quickset adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in adequate thickness as required at site of make MYK Laticate,Mapei,Dr.Fixit,RAF or equivalent approved make.

In skirting/dado of size 600X1200mm tile with over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as specified and directed.

Hacking the existing cement, concrete floor surface, tile surface at an average of 5 to 7 indentation of 3 to 5 mm deep per 50 sqcm with hacking hammers or chisels, cleaning the aears, disposing the debris within a lead of 50 m etc., complete.

Extra for using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding inlaying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm instead of cement based high polymer modified quickset adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in adequate thickness as required at site .

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone for treads/ risers /steps / ramps /wall of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing nosing and groove cutting (3 Nos. Parallel Groove throughout the length for each step) for treads to stones like marble, granite and kota etc to the required shape etc. complete as specified and directed

Cement concrete flooring of 40 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse Msand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 6mm thick nominal stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, including the cost of nosing of steps complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Vacuum dewatering of concrete using vacuum dewater technique for evaporation by way of removing the excess water using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporation filler layers and vacuum filler layers and vacuum generator (80% to 90% vacuum is to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minutes per 25mm depth ), finishing with power trowel to get smooth finish all as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge for grade slab.

Providing and applying of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make, the micro concrete shall be mixed with 6 mm and downsized aggregates shall be added maximum 5 to 15% by the weight of dry micro concrete inside the shuttering. The same should be Cured for 14 days using water complete etc.

Providing over RCC flooring when concrete is in green condition, finishing top with hard finishing coat using non – metallic floor hardener of Chhabdur or Hardtop or any other equivalent from M/s. Fosroc, STP, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT of approved quality and make at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor finish including spreading after vacuum dewatering, ramming, consolidation, finishing smooth using power trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed with vacuum dewatering

ROOFING WORKS

Supplying and fixing Fibre Reinforcd Cement Corrugated sheets, 6mm thick of Charminar/ Visakha/ everest make conforming to IS 459 and laying as per IS 3007 at various elevations using necessary safety nets. Roof walk ladders and other standard safety devices including all overlaps, mitring, Supplying and fixing necessary 8mm dia galvanized and polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks/bolts of required lenght, bolts, nuts and EBDM washers as per manufactures code of Practice and cutting the sheets as required etc., complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Polycarbonate sheets of 2.0mm thick, pressed to matching through corrugations of roofing of GE/TUFFLITE or equivalent make (as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) for Sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE/TUFFLITE siliconates or any other sealant , treating for rainproof , fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position approved quality weather tight accessories such as ridge place (PAIR), in required shape and profile made of fibre reinforced cement including neessary cutting, profiling, sealants, flat iron buckets, EPDM/beadings etc all complete in accordance with approved manufacture's standard practice using all appropriate safety devises as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Transportation of damaged AC sheets, gutters, ridges and debris etc., generated from above items by engaging tractor trolley including cost of fuel, wages of driver and required manpower for loading, transporting upto a lead of 2.0KM,, unloading and stacking, material in the place shown by engineer-in-charge etc., complete as directed.( Note : The size of tractor trolly shall not be less than 3.0mX1.9mX0.45m) payment shall be made for each trip.

Transportation of dismantled/ removed damaged fiber reinforced cement corrugated sheets, FRP sheets, gutters, ridges etc. generated including loading, transportation out of NFC and to be disposed off through a Municipal Solid Waste management agency/ establishment, Ramkey or M/s HMEP or any approved licensec agency and disposed off in safe manner as per CPCB norms and providing a certificate to this extent.

WATERPROOFING WORKS

Providing water proofing treatment to the roof/gutter or any other required surface with cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating over one coat of crystallization coating system Pidilite / Fosroc / Cica in the following sequence: a) Cleaning the surfaces from dirt, dust and other contaminations b) Identifying the areas of leakage by approved means, c) Pressure grouting the area of leakage with cement slurry admixed with expansive grouting additive of M/s. Fosroc / Pidilite (Dr FIxit Pidicrete AM) or its approved equivalent at a minimum one grout point per 2 Sq.m slab area.or as per site conditions). (d) Exposing, cleaning and filling cracks observed if any in RCC slab with polymer modified mortar compound/ PU sealent. e) Pre wetting the surface of slab and application of one coat of crystallization coating of M/s Fosroc/Pdilite (Dr Fixit Polypus CP) or approved equivalent Applying two coats of Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating including prime coat of M/s Fosroc/PIdilte (Dr. fixit primeseal) or approved equivalent, two coats of Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating of M/s Fosroc/Pidilite (Dr. FIxit Roofseal Ultra) or its approved equivalent all as per approved manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground drains etc.

Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the sunken floor of water closets, bath rooms, nahanis from inside at all heights above plinth level/ lift area giving injections to the concrete surface as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs, etc., in the concrete, applying waterproof plaster of about 25 mm thick for the floor area of the depression and about 18 mm on the side walls of the depression and continue the vertical treatment if necessary on the walls above proposed floor finish with making surface suitable and even to receive tiles, testing the treatment for water tightness by impounding water for 7 days etc., complete.

PH WORKS

Supplying Stainless steel Sink ' Nirali -' Elegance' - LARGE with Drain board and with 'Anti-scratch surface' of overall size 1145x510 mm ( Bowl size 560 x 410 x 200 mm ), approved make, moulded out of 19 SWG (1 mm ) stainless steel sheet of grade AISI 304 (18/8) with waste coupling conforming to IS 13983, placing and fixing the Sink in position to correct line and level with basket type choke-stop strainer ( waste coupling ), Check nuts etc. including the cost of jointing materials, finishing the edges with white / matching colour cement as per manufacturer's recommendation all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying,jointing fixing and testing HEAVY QUALITY M.S. GALVANISED PIPES AND FITTINGS like tees, elbows,collars,unions,nipples,enlargers,reducers, bends ,couplings and all other fittings required for the work, EXCLUDING FLANGES conforming to IS:1239-1990 including testing the pipes and fittings for 10 Kg/cm2 pressure with a minimum period of two hours duration,(with clean water) including cutting to waste, threading with jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead , in trenches , including painting with two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint /synthetic enamel over a coat of primer , as per specifications:

Supplying and fixing following size uPVC UV-Stabilised soil / waste quality pipes and fittings ( SWR ) for soil, waste, vent, antisyphonege, HVAC waste pipe and rain water pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Providing and fixing uPVC UV-Stabilised Soil / waste pipe as per IS:13592 and IS:14735 Grade-B laid in floor & on Exposed faces of wall of Supreme make ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically by Metal clamps with rubber seal of Supreme make Cat. No. SWRMCR 1 to 6. iii) Providing and fixing uPVC cowl at the top of soil, waste water & vent pipe line. iv) Laying the pipe below floor / ground to proper slope and gradient for making connections of soil / waste water pipe line with inspection chamber or Manhole, including the cost of cement mortar, cement concrete, water proofing compound etc. v) Jointing the pipe with Solvent Cement & Rubber ring gasket with making holes in walls / floor grooving and redoing the same and brick support etc. Giving water-tightness test for the pipes laid as per codal provisions. DISMANTLING WORKS

Cutting the existing RCC slab/Floor/Road including the existing floor finish if present using diamond floor saw/cutter neatly to the required length, shape, size up to a depth of 200 mm without damaging/distrubing the adjoining areas complete all as directed by EIC.

Removing the wooden door shutter from door frame, including carefully disconnecting of hinges and door closer from the shutter, removing the door stopper, cutting the door shutter from below as per the available height of door frame after tiling in the room, refixing of the door shutter to the door frame and connecting the hinges, door closer and door stopper with the door shutter, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation of removed damaged/corroded doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel /aluminium/ wood) shutter including chowkhats,architrave, holdfasts etc., carriage of debris by engaging tractor trolley including cost of fuel, wages of driver and required manpower for loading, transporting up to a lead of 2.0 KM, unloading and stacking in the placed shown by Engineer-in-Charge complete as directed.Note: The size of tractor trolley shall not be less than 3.00 m x 1.90 m x 0.80 m.

Removing carefully existing chainlink fabric from angle iron posts and struts by removing hook bolts, nuts, etc, straightening GI rods (vertical as well as horizontals) etc., rolling back the removed chainlink, collecting hooks, bolts and nuts, stacking including cutting of iron angle posts, dismantling of PCC pedestals, transporting the materials to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Area of the chain link fabric will be measured for payment.

Removing the existing broken/cracked A.C. roofing Sheets,ridges, hips, vallys, gutters, FRP roofing sheets etc., including G.I. Bolts, Nuts, washers and bitumen washers etc. carefully including required scaffolding and stacking the materials at a lead of 1.0 km as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, ramp etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed

DISMANTLING THE ceramic tile/vitrified tile etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials within 50 metres lead and disposing of debris within 50 m lead. etc., complete as specified and directed.

DISMANTLING OLD PLASTER OR SKIRTING, raking out joints and cleaning the surfaces for plaster including scaffolding, disposal of debris to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement mortar with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing MS tubular gate including cutting the steel posts / removing hold fasts from wall staking and handing over useful materials to departmental stores,disposing the unserviciable debris wiyhin the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry in drain etc below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing existing wooden/steel /aluminium doors, windows, ventilators etc., including shutters, frames architraves, holdfasts etc., very carefully without damaging the frame shutters glass, etc., and transporintg the dismantled doors, windows, ventilators immediately to the departmnetal stores within NFC premises cleaning, disposing of unserviceable materials within a lead of 50 mts complete as directed

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Granular Sub base with Coarse Graded Material (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge)- With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Extra for providing & mixing alkali resistant glass fibres with high zirconium content in concrete. as per the manufacturer's specifications complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-25 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using Portland Slag Cement conforming to conforming to IS 455 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Coramandal, KCP) , crushed sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes. NOTE:- GGBS Pozzalanas should not be more than 50 % of weight of cement specified in the code and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds of make M/s Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal or approved equivalent conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts and plain washers including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels ,etc complete and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/Expansion shells of approved make of best quality of 16mm dia for anchoring supporting structural steel columns with necessary MS bolts of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC flooring, aligning bolts to position, proper level, Bolts,Washers Labour, etc., complete as directed.

Supplying , Fabrication and erection of Rain water gutters made to required shape using 6mm thick or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge MS plate conforming to IS 2062 of makes SAIL, Vizag Steel , Jindal or from any manufacturer's source making plate using ingots of above , including required bending and strightenning of sheet at all heights, cutting , welding (using welding rods of D & H , ADVANI , PHILIPS ) and other minor supporting structural members for Rain, Water Gutter etc. including painting with one coat of approved red oxide Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic paint for steel surfaces, cleaning by approved means completed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS wicketgate/ MS tubular gates single/ double leaves/wiket of required size along with or without wicket gate , comprising 38mm nb medium quality steel tube frame with 65x10mm thick MS flat for horizontal, vertical and diagonal stiffeners, including welding flat to frame work, supplying and fixing/welding 50mm square hard drawn steel wire fabric of Sl no.2 (50x50x3mm) conforming to IS 1566 of standard make or its approved equivalent with 20mmx3mm thick MS flat welded to frame and providing necessary heavy duty ball bearing side hung hinges, lugs, latches, locking arrangements, pipe inserts and other fittings and fixtures necessary for smooth operation of gates, providing and fixing/welding MS spikes of 12mm square bars at not more than 150c/c, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing in position approved manual operated steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

Providing and fixing CI gratings conforming to IS 1729 for rain water pipe entry mouths/filter bed, etc., including chasing making holes in existing masonry concrete surfaces, refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint, all in level and line complete as directed and specified for rain water mouths, filter bed.

GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive polyurethane paint, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing, made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm encaptulated with PVC ( final dia not less than 5mm) of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for GH.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the Zequired duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once for all works irrespective of repeatition and duration of scaffolding. Note :- Contractor must bring minimum 1500Sqm of Scaffolding material at site .

Cleaning the fiber reinforced cement corrugated sheet/RCC/MS rain water Gutters of various sizes at all elevations above plinth level including conveying , lifting water to the required elevation, pouring in to rainwater down take pipes, poking and clearing the choke if any, collecting dry leaves, waste etc. which were accumulated over the gutters and conveying all the debris upto a lead of 100 metres placing in heaps at the places shown and as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors integrated bronze anodised matt finished [15 micron thick], aluminium section [extruded] for aluminium Doors / windows (sliding/movable) /mesh windows /ventilators/ top hung/ fixed / grill/ adjustable louvered/ windows/ fixed partitions as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax make using sections with size and weights as shown in the drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading / glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with filler of thermocole beading /polymer variety & GE sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer in charge. but excluding the cost of glazing, which will be paid separately. NOTE: 1, Approval of the Dept. for the complete design and shop drawing shall be obtained before commencement of the work. 2. Item is inclusive of all kind of fittings (door handle, aldrop, door lock , door stopper etc ).

Providing and fixing glazing with 5 mm thick plain float glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) including PVC/EPDM lining as per the drawing and as directed for window shutters and ventilators.

Providing and fixing 1 60 mm unplasticised PVC rain water pipes with necessary PVC clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type ‘A’with injection moulded fittings jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 embedding the slab junctions leakproof testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI. Slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI. Adjustable rods with galvanised steelk level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T', bottom exposed with 24 mm of all 'T' sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Concrete repair: pot holes filling, Levelling undulations, even out surface profiles Concrete repair: All the potholes, surface undulations, weared concrete surfaces: Repair the concrete by bringing in the surface profile into a regular geometrical shape, remove the top layer of concrete contaminations either by using chipping bits or grinding machines, cutting tools, surface profiling machines like cup brush machine, abrasive grinders. If heavy oil contamination is observed use degreasers on the surface to remove oil contaminations, clean the surface till a fair concrete surface is obtained. The surface profile of concrete should be SP-2 (ICRI technical guideline No: 03732). Surface preparation: Clean the concrete free of dust and laitance and keep the surface free of loosely bonded particles. Perform CSD test on concrete before application of primer. Priming: Apply PU based Aromatic primer Duraprime 100 or equivalent on the surface after surface preparation. Ensure to spread the primer evenly on surface with hard stiff brush. Pot holes repair: Within 30 mins of application of primer, mix all 3 components of elastomeric epoxy Concrete - Floorkrete EC or equivalent with slow speed mechanical helical strrier. Floorkrete EC is a flexible epoxy concrete that has A. Elongation of 23% - 26%, B. compressive strength upto 40 MPa, C. Tensile upto 14 MPa, D. flexural upto 20 MPa. E. Its Shore D hardness is 50 + 2, Pour the prepared Floorkrete EC or equivalent on the primed surface till the surface is filled with material. Leave the surface for 24 hours before permitting traffic on repaired area. Fork lifts may be run after 72 hours of application or elastomeric epoxy concrete.

Dismantling of FRP/MS Stack 28 m height with supporting structure and ladder from the foundation level(dismantling of RC foundation not included), its supporting truss members, ladders, platforms in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels etc including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc by engaging one manlifter crane (atleast 50 m height at 20 m reach) and another crane (atleast 50m height at 20 m reach and 50 Tonne capacity) to hold the stack while dismantling and carry the dismantled part to the ground level. Gas cutting to be used for dismantling by taking due precautions and adhering to safety measures. Dismantling to be done with the above procedure and/or as per proceudre given in specifications.
