SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 1500 mtr and not exc. 2000 meter including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/bag of cement, in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note: (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard in 4 coats of application:- (a) apply primer coat with primer @ 0.3 Kg /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply water proofing fibre reinforcement a width of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of water proofing coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after second coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writiing.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of facia, roof projection, chajja concrete surfaces etc finish fair and even wothout using extre cement , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for preparation of new/untreated surfaces/ of walls and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colour wash on old decorated surfaces of walls including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing of demolished material from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
