Spares being replaced shall be intimated by JE and the replaced spares will be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ and no extra payment will be done for the same. Taking down existing street light fittings of any type and S&F new LED street light 45 Watt in aluminium pressure die cast housing with touch glass cover (IP 66 protection) on walls /steel/concrete pole any height including connection from ceiling rose / Junction Box to light fitting with and including three core 1.5 Sqmm cable multistranded copper conductor pvc insulated and pvc sheathed 1100 V grade any length fixed as per manufacturers instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. Taking down existing light fittings fixed in any description S&F new 36 /40 W LED panel, indoor surface mounted made from CRCA housing with full window acrylic diffuser, 2 ft X 2 ft lighting fixture flat light dissipater. The CCT(K) should be between 3000 to 6500 fixed as per manufacturers instructions and making necessary electrical connections and testing on completion complete all as directed. M&L for casing and capping min 25 mm wide, double lock type in repairs by using existing wiring, for light point, fan point, bell point, PVC boards, good finishing for including screws, bolts nuts, drilling etc.
