Removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles and roofs to preparation of surface for applying in primer and bitumen.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with to be finished even and fair without using extra cement on roof surface / chajja (thickness of concrete will be provided as per site requirement and as directed by engr-in-charge) roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick redering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement and incl demo of old plaster on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)

Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aquaflex having 10 years guarantee for water tightness all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface, all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/MULTIPLAS STANDARD consting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with the bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps and longitudinal edges 15 cm at the ends as required thereof, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Aluminium paint over a APP membrane surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth as specified and directed

Demolition of brick or stone / boulder work built in cement mortar as in quoins, arches,pillars etc

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash brick in CM 1: 6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including terrazzo, tiling etc of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed( Make : Dr. Fixit of pidilite or equivalent)

M&L for cement concrete type E2,1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in floors, finished rough to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/terrazo including cement mortar bedding complete or in patches and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 200mm x 7mm thick in vertical wall complete or in patches surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement using pigment to match the shade of tiles incl plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 450 x 350 mm x 7 mm thick in vertical wall complete or in patches surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement using pigment to match the shade of tiles incl plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles Edge cut 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectingular)area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqmbut not exceeding 0.18 Sqm (400 x 400mm) as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 08 above but as in vertical surfaces incl plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm( 600 x 600 ) in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement incl screeding 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 10 but as in vertical surfaces incl plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg in plinth protection, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M& L for providing precast cement concrete rubber moulded chequered coloured tiles 20 to 25 mm thick even finished on top of approved design and pattern complete all as specified and directed

M& L for providing precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking tiles 60 mm thick with grey cement and pigment of approved design and pattern laid over a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joint with sand complete all as specified and directed

S&F 16 to 18 mm thick granite stone slabs mirror polished of colour and shade as approved by GE, machine cut bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone fixed as in steps, jambs, pillars window cills, cooking platforms & the like over a scree bed of 15mm thick 1:6 c ement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge , such as in steps , cooking platform , and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed

Door to be fixed with frame with 3 nos stainless steel butt hinges of size 100 mm * 25 mm * 25 mm and 50 mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the wall of the MS tube other hardwares should be fixed with 25 mm * 8mm size steel screws etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge, manufacturers specification and drawing

S&F 2nd class hard wood chowkhat or frames, plain solid, wrought, framed and rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

S& F for Flush shutters, 32 mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides

S&F 2nd class hardwood glazed and Skelton shutters 35 mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkhats
