Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime cement concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n.exc.100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof, cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick screed bed on roof slab concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating in 4 coats of application (a) applying primer coat with Primer @ 0.3 kg /sqm (b) over priming coat applying as specified below or manufacturer instructions with fibre reinforcement a width of approx 1m @ 0.75kg/sqm on the flat or vertical surfaces over parapet wall and ensure that there are no bubbles of creases. Overlapping of the fibre is a minimum of 50mm and allow this coat to dry for a period of 2-6 hrs depending on the atmospheric condition. (c) Applying second coat of roof guard @0.75Kg/sqm (d) Applying final coat of primer @ 0.08kg/sqm after 2nd coat has dried properly. Note : Water Proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by the manufacturer.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/vertical surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and prepare the surface to receive tiles including applying 3Kg/Sqm cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic joint free tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.72 sqm but not exceeding to 1.00 sqm , in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (b) Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic joint free tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.72 sqm but not exceeding to 1.00 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado over and including 10 mm thick screed bed / backing coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm, as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately. (b) Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured /digital printed/Elevation tiles of size 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (b) Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed/Elevation tiles of size 300 x 600 mm x 8 mm thick as in vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (b) Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L for providing and laying of 300 x 300mm & 10mm thick anti skid pavement tile Endura tile of "H & R Johnson India" or equivalent in pavit or NITCO in approved color & Shade or techno commercially equivalent make as listed in List of Makes as approved by the GE in anti skid finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement & pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (b) Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing of demolished material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick Granite work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 including full rounding the exposed surfaces and provision of holes for gass pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately. (b) Granite colour shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 20mm steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of 15 mm nominal bore steel water tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fittings; fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) 15mm nominal bore dia, including new fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Refixing means including cleaning down existing pipes and fittings. (b) The serviceable GI tubing obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of 20 mm nominal bore Steel water tubes, 'medium grade' ,galvanised , with all fittings ; fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.) 20 mm nominal bore dia, including new fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Refixing means including cleaning down existing pipes and fittings. (b) The serviceable GI tubing obtained from taking down shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work of any description including racking out joints and cleaning dust etc including removing rubbish material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying average 15 mm thick plaster in two coats (10+5 mm) with ready-mix pre-packed proportioned dry mix mortar, blended with PP fibres, mixed with liquid water proofing compound on top layer @ 200 ml per bag of cement or manufacturers instructions on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives on external surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, scaffolding etc and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of wall care white putty and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying acrylic based distemper emulsion, two coats, white or any tinted over a coat of alkaline resistant primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified. Note : One wall of the room wise texture shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade including wall putty/white cement wherever required to fill the wall cracks/holes complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 10-0% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajjas by scrapping with true care wall sander : L-01/H-01 ( having mechanical vacuum mechanism ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paints etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having sanction vacuum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

All three frame length reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge. mitre cut at two corners and joined with two nos of 150mm long brackets of 15X15mm MS square tube or joint by fusion hit welding. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall thickness using 8Xthroughout the frame and metre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. Taking down old electric water heater any type /size and handed over to AGE E/M Storeyard custody complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI Pipe of any size from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium grade”, including fittings 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm dia Gun metal, globe Gate Valves with iron wheel head of 25 mm dia bore complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing GI pipe alteration or addition of 40/50 mm dia bore for inerstion of reducer Tee complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
