Carriage of all the concerning material from store centre Bahraich to JE's dumb store & from dump store to the site of work including loading, unloading and proper stacking at the site etc. (distance approx 5.26 km) Note:- All the material at Sl. No.1 will be given by department and rest all the materials including civil material will be arranged by the contractor itself. Any other material if required for completion of work which might have not been mentioned in bid document, shall be arranged by the contractor.

Other Line Material

C.T. STRUCTURE & P.T. STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of CT structure & PT structure as per drawing No. Res-39 Drawing of two Nos. pits of size 1.075x0.3x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075Mtr X0.3 Mtr including supply of all civil material complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtrs. raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper alignment, level and plumb. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with chambering of edges etc.

PLINTH FOR VCB:- Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12(cement, fine sand & brick ballast), 1st class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) as per drawing.

INSTALLATION OF CT:- Installation of 33 KV 3 Nos.(1 set) CTs on the CTs structure, along with C.T. J/B. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

INSTALLATION OF PT:- Installation of 33 KV 3 Nos.(1 set) PTs on the PTs structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

INSTALLATION OF VCB:- Installation of 33KV VCB complete work including commissioning.

Laying of GI Pipe (6 inch dia) underground minimum 3 Mtr below the railway track by HDD method along with laying of 33 KV, 3x120 sqmm XLPE Cable (double circuit).

Installation and commissioning of 33 KV Pilfer Proof Metering cubical CTR 50/1 Amp.

Installation and commissioning of 33 KV CT/PT Combined Unit CTR 50/1 Amp.

Railway crossing documatation and approval fee etc (As per Actual)

Hosting of 33 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE Cable with 150 mm Dia ,3.5 mtr. Long MS Pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole,lifting,mounting and clamping of KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connection including supply of cable mounting clamps. The work includes the sealing of GI Pipes lower end of the Pipe is to be burried into the earth by about one foot.
