Periodical maintenance for entire duration of contract including complete servicing and normal repairs of Diesel Engine Generator set of 250 KVA capacity 02 nos at Booster pump house and Div HQ of make: Kirloskar / Cummins or any other make as per site requirement and connected accessories including replacement of oil /lubricant filter to keep the plant in running condition including routine maintenance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. [Note: (i) The Contractor need to get the job done through authorised service centre/ agency of Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd or any other OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) located near Dehradun. The cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) All Spare parts for routine maintenence will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this schedule as 'Supply Only' (iii) Labour charges for routine maintenance including properly dismantling of Old parts deemed to be included in the quoted rate] Maintenance will be carried out as under:- (i) Examine suction and exhaust valves for smooth operation. (ii) Examine and clean fuel injection nozzles. (iii) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required. (iv) Changing of oil filters, fuel filters, screen filters assy. (v) Changing of DCA water filter. (vi) Labour charges for Coolant top up. (vii) Change of Hydraulic governor oil. (viii) Change of anerOld oil. (ix) Clean alternator winding in position by pressurised air and internal surfaces lubrication of DE & NDE bearings. (x) Tightening of all nut bolts. (xi) Greasing of all points. (xii) Test IR value of alternator winding and recording the readings. (xiii) Checking of any leaking in fuel & oil lines. (xiv) Cleaning of any fuel tank by removing any dirt / foregin particles.

Disconnecting electrically incomming and outgoing LT UG cable of LT panel of any size and replace burn/unsv suitable size of aluminium bus bar, fixing changeover or any other switchgear by using suitable size of cable etc, cutting or welding work, repair hinches and doors, fixing the locking arrangement including scraping outdoor/indoor side of LT Panel and one coat of redoxide, two coat of synthetic enamelled seimens gray spray of outdoor/Indoor side and reconnecting LT UG cable with fixing aluminium lugs by using crimping tool, nut, bolt washer etc and all necesary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, connected with GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI strip is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).

Cutting vegetation and surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep including removing the materials to a distance not-exc 60 mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Item shall be executed twice in each installation and quantity is given for two operation. However unit rate to be quoted by the tendered for single operation only).

S&F in replacement, laying, testing and commissioing in replacement of LT cable 3.5 core 120 Sqmm XLPE insulated multi stranded armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts grade, in trenches/duct/ on walls/on poles etc including necessary Glands of suitable size and Aluminium Lugs for following cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for taking/laying of DI/CI/GI/MS pipe and getting out including forming bottom surface etc in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in same earth in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not. Exc. 25cm thick any type of soil after the pipe laid complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Sand Cushioning (Dry) in Trenches for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consoli-dated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid for Old size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
