Hire charges for closing the window opening with 12 mm thick water proof plywood using country wood reeper of size 50 x 25 mm including making necessary holes in the walls, fixing the reeper and plywood with nails, screws and binding wire and after the counting is over removing of all fitting materials and redoing the damages portion to the original condition etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Hire charges for providing barricading using jackey as vertical post and M.S Tube of size 60x40x4mm as horizontal ties including labour charges for removing the same after counting is over without damages to the building as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing Chain link - 2" x 2" using 10 Gauge Galvanised Iron Wire safety arrangements over the existing Rectangular tubes arrangements including cost of nails, screws and clamps and removing the same after the counting is over including conveyance and stacking as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for Providing weldmesh using 7.5 X 2.5cm 10 gauge with silver scantling of varies length and size for vertival and horizontal supports and cross supports using C.W reepers of size 2"x1" including cost of materials and labour charges for fixing in postion with all necessary accessories etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing weldmesh Door arrangements by using weldmesh of size 2.50 cm x2.50 cm and outer and inner frame 20x20mm square tube including cost of nails , screws and clamps and removing the same after the counting is over including conveyance and stacking as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing Chicken mesh arrangements including cost of binding wire and removing the same after the counting is over including conveyance etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing outside barricading arrangements upto 1.20 m height using Steel barricades of size 3.05 m x 1.20 m with MS square tubes of size 40 cm x 40 cm and 25 mmx25 mm, tied using binding wires and remove the same after the function is over and as directed by the departmental officers

Hire charges for providing outside barricading using casurina poles 8 to10 cm dia and 60 cm below ground level to 1.50 m above ground level and fixing 3 ties 5 to 8 cm dia casurina props barricade and remove the same after function is over as directed by the departmental officers

Hire Charges for Providing GI Sheet Pandal in the Open yard including conveyance and removing the same after the function is over etc complete directed by the departmental officers.
