Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry ( uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate , 20mm nominal size ) in cement mortar 1:6( 1cement:6 sand)

Providing and laying No fine concrete 1:6 (1cement:6 garded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete:- in walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels bands, plain window sills, staircases and spir stair cases above plinth level up to floor five leve excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishi and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in posi and binding all complete upto plinth level. steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1: 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate in all leads and lifts.
