Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables, poles & stay or other items and getting out soil in any type soil complete all as specifed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

Sand cushioning to under ground electric cable a layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and stretching the cable and punned down to form a bed of 18 cm and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be of good quality as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

GI pipe in replacement ( Light grade ) for protection of LT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 80 mm bore , complete all as specified and directed

XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm, 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade of size 95 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

XPLE insulated screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip & wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core with stranded aluminium conductor including proper connection to LT panel / bus bar with aluminium thimbles of suitable size /rating laid in trenches through pipe or under culvert including taking out existing cables,complete all as specified and directed. (Note – Necessary excavation, returning, filling in,removal of soil ,sand cushioning,brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ).

Disconnecting main electrical connection of voltage stabilizer of any make, capacity from 50 KVA to 75 KVA and opening of stabilizer cover for checking/examining/replacing as required including connecting the same electrical connection after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately.

Transportation of voltage stabilizer of any make of capacity 50 KVA to 75 KVA to civil workshop and returning back after necessary repairing work including loading & un-loading with & including necessary T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out the transformer oil complete quantity of voltage stabilizer of any make of capacity 50 KVA to 75 KVA and to keep the same in safe containers dismantling all the parts of voltage stabilizer with the help of hand operated crane or other suitable mean, re-fixing the all parts and assembling with the help of hand operated crane or by other suitable means, re-filing the existing drain out transformer oil and testing the voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately.

Repairing the voltage stabilizer of any make of capacity 50 KVA to 75 KVA by supply and fixing in replacement of following items:- (a) Electronic printed circuit board of solid state including ICs, regulators, condensors, triac, transistors complete.Make : As per OEM

(b) Circuit control/trigger transformer.Make : As per OEM

(c ) Main terminal block. Make : As per OEM

(d) Dimmer. Make : As per OEM

(e) Choke coils.Make : As per OEM

(f) Carbon brush.Make : As per OEM

(g) Spacer for Dimmer coils.Make : As per OEM

(h) Dimmer coils terminals.Make : As per OEM

(l) Input switch to stop over running of dimmer start motor.Make : As per OEM

(m) Servo motor with 10 Kg.cm torque.Make : As per OEM

(n) Driving gear.Make : As per OEM

(o) Bearing for dimmer coils.Make : As per OEM

(p) Terminal connections brass rod with bush.Make : As per OEM

(q) Protection alarm circuit. Make : As per OEM

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of factory made LT feeder pillar box outdoor type, floor mounted, double door, cubical compartmentalized type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 400 Amps rating (100% neutral) installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame work duly powder coated finish, panel mounted on angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:3:6 and 30 cm clear space from ground level. Front & back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable size, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable glands.The Panel builder should submit Test Certificate along with GA drawing before executing the job. The scope of the work also includes supply and fixing the following:-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 250 Amps,thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 35 KA (Ics=100% Icu), 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminals and phase barrier - 01 No. Make: Legrand/L&T/Schneider/Benlo. (b ) Voltmeter digital type 0-500 Volts, flush type - 01 No (c) Ammeter digital type 0-500 Amps, flush type with 3 Nos CTs as per load requirement - 01 No. (d) Indicating lamp (LED type) RYB - 01 Set of three OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 40 Amps, thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 16 KA (Ics=100% Icu), single pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminals and phase barrier - 08 Nos. Make: Legrand/L&T/Schneider/Benlo.

Replacement of LT busbar chamber box of minimum size 90 cm (Height) x 70 cm (Width) x 45 cm (Depth), outdoor type, double door type, front/rear opening type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire (100% neutral), 50 Hz supply system all as specified and directed. Box made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet factory made wheather proof, dust proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 Nos hindalco make aluminum busbar 300 Amps, 50 cm each (each busbar having 04 Nos of nuts, bolts, washers) horizentally placed on insulators suitable for & including MCCB 4 Pole 200 A,thermal adjustable and magentic setting having rupturing capacity 25 KA (Ics=100% Icu), 415 volts AC along with Extended Ratory handle ,Spreader terminals and phase barrier hinged and lockable door arrangement complete with interconnections with aluminium solid strips, busbar chamber mounted on angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 15 cm grouted in PCC of ratio 1:3:6 and 30 cm clear space from ground level including fixed on angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The panel should be IS/IEC 61439-I- TTA. The Panel builder should submit Test Certificate along with GA drawing before executing the job. (Note: Panel shall be a front/rear opening with cable entry from the bottom). Make of MCCB: Make: Legrand/L&t/Schneider/Benlo.

Plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
